This is just my rendition of Cosmo from Sonic X.
Cosmo is a very cheerful seedrian who wants to be useful to her friends. She berates herself for not being able to save her own planet and that is part of why she tries to find Sonic so that his home planet wouldn't suffer the same fate as hers.
Please do not downvote simply because you do not like the character. I've seen a lot of Cosmo hate around the interwebs.

- Dragon has it. You did a nice job on a pokemon cosplay but maybe experiment with some of the items dragon mentioned and see if they work for you.

(cont.) I'm leaning towards Fairy Shoes as well, despite the weird decoration they have on top. The slightly more pointed shape and the darker shade of green make it more accurate than your current.

The ref shows that the ears are pink. Same for middle.
In that case, Mana Seed(Sprite Ears) and Silver Mystic Sunstone would be a better choice. And two Gold Tennis Wristbands look less bulky than the Egyptian Bracelets. The White Stockings used are slightly translucent, but in the ref it shows her legs as being solid white. For that, I recommend Elegant Snowy Leggings. The skirt could possibly be switched with Citrus Snug Balloon Skirt for its lighter and more consistent color. (cont.) - Report As Spam
