I'm reporting this for a good friend of mine, user name Roderich Edelstein.
He's having trouble with the log-ins since Gaia has pretty much locked them offline. He can't open any site that starts with www.gaiaonline. I don't know if it's area specific to Austria where he lives, or if it's isolated to just his computer.
I would be terribly grateful if you could fix this problem.

Um.. When people are trying to post in the forums or guilds and posts order gets mixed up.. I hope it can be solved soon cause its confusing.

My wife is having an issue as well.

I'm able to log in just fine, but when she wants to play, it always tells her that her password is incorrect. The only way she can log in is to reset her password, and it only works for the one session where they auto log her in. Once she closes the window, she won't be able to play again until she makes a new password.

It happens in Chrome, Firefox, *and* IE, yet all three of them work perfectly fine for me, and we're on the same machine. o.0

So yeah, I shot out a letter asking what was up...time to just wait and see if there are any ideas to be had now.

That's exactly what's happening to this account. Cross my fingers, so far it's let me in 3 days in a row now. But for at least 4-5 weeks, it was a no every day unless I reset the password and auto logged in. Once I went out, I was out. And you can only reset your pass once per day. The response to my ticket, Post your problem in this thread. Not easy to do when you can't get on. xp

Good luck to your wife in getting this sorted. Like I said, it's been hit & miss with this one. Mostly miss until about 3 days ago.

Has actually been able to log in all these days, until today... Asked for a password reset, says it sent an email - check the email - no email. I finally just put the stupid fish back in the tank. xp

Here we again... she's locked out today. Both Firefox and Internet Explore. Sent in to reset the password - changed the password - Gaia says you can log back in with new password - Gaia says the password is incorrect when I just changed it. Hope her fishes don't die. Is this ever going to be fixed?

I'm not sure why but Gaia keeps randomly blocking me from logging into my main account since about mid last year. I don't think anyone else is trying to log into it except for me. Though the 15 minute ban has popped up a few times on the first try. For the most part I can wait about 30 minutes and it will let me log in again or I can reset my password and it will work. But recently the reset password hasn't been working and I just have to wait and keep trying until it will let me on.

Bullet Points:
arrow Account is randomly blocked.
arrow Account will randomly go to the "password is wrong" page.
arrow Password reset will not log in when it is reset.
arrow It has been happening since at least the middle of last year. It has just been getting worse in recent months.
arrow It has happened on more than one computer and network.
arrow I use Firefox (3.5?), but it has happened with IE too.
arrow Alternate accounts have not had any problems. Just the main.

This is very similar to what's happening with this account. My other accounts don't have this problem. Posted as Lil Brat earlier, but Gaia finally decided I could come in today. ninja

I can't even reach the login page, only when I use a proxy server. D: I tried on 3 different computers, cleared cache + cookies, tried firefox and IE... I don't know what to do.

Two of my friends on the same network are unable to log on.
-Both run windows XP on laptops
-the grounded desktop they rarely use also does not load Gaia for them, Windows Vista
-Have tried both IE and Firefox, clearing the caches, etc.
-The error they get is:
Network Timeout

The server at www.gaiaonline.com is taking too long to respond.

-The page simply will not load for them, and I would love to be able to help them.
