I think the most important thing to me is that I think he'll make a great dad one day. Y'know, in, like, eight years when we've settled down and are financially secure. And I swear to God I am going to have twins no matter what I have to do! stressed I am GOING to have boy/girl TWINS........ DAMNIT!!! evil People don't get that I WILL make this happen.

Evidently, there is a law in Brazil that states that you do not have to pay property taxes on a building you are constructing until the building is finished.
As such it is common practice to leave such buildings at least partially incomplete. |
