Description copied from dA: This is free to colour, but PLEASE tell me if you do and PLEASE link back to this. The large size is available to you if you download it. This is Ashlin Abendroth, the original character of the Gaia user of the same name. He is a sort of dog demon, modelled after the Lowchen breed, which is a German dog. I based the illustration on this photograph of Ashlin's bjd. I added his horns and ears. His ears are the droopy bits that look like pieces of hair on either side of his face. Ashlin's hair is black, his eyes are red, and he has freckles on his face. He usually wears red eye shadow and black or red lipstick. His horns can be a deep grey colour. The odd pattern behind him is meant to be the shadows on a snowy bush like in the photograph. I really had fun drawing this. It was a sudden decision, really, and it was a very light-hearted and fun experience. I intend on colouring this as well.  |
