-Rebuilt on the ruins of the old, the residential district is filled with new, modern apartments that stretch to the clouds. Some are family based, with many smaller apartments linked together like town homes and others are single person complexes that go up six or seven stories. All have open housing for shinobi, temporary housing for visitors and permanent residences for village folk.-

Sypher wandered the district now, finishing off his last dumpling as he searched for the cheap or free housing. He found an older apartment area and began asking around, searching for a free room and low pay cleaning. Finding a place, he made a deal with the owner and moved up to find his room on the second floor "Now what...do I wait for Kaga-dono to tell me that she has a team for me? Or...what?" he sat on the creaky bed, fiddling his fingers.

Aurelio's eyes fluttered open and was met with a soft beam of sunlight. Moments from his yesterday's antics flooded back into his mind. He groaned and squeezed his eyes shut. His head was pounding. He rolled over on his bed, knocking his blankets onto the floor and sat on the edge of the mattress. His every muscle screamed in protest. He strongly considered remaining in his bed for the day, but, someone was expecting him. His heart rose and a smile quirked onto his features. Today he would prove himself. In a sigh, he disappeared in a flutter of papers.

Banteki Hitori (はたけカカシ)
Genin - Bukijutsu Class - Kumogakure no Sato


X X XHitori made his way up the stairs and down a hallway. From his pocket he pulled a small piece of folded paper that stated his room number. Hitori looked up and stopped at his door, a grin appeared on his face. His right hand grabbed the knob and turned it, showing his new room. He walked in casually placing his katana on the end of his bed. "Phew.." Hitori fell on his bed causing it to shift for him to be more comfortable. "Good work.. Hagane.." Grey hues stared at the ceiling until after a few minutes they began to close.

Sypher returned with his shopping and threw them on his bed after locking the door. He had bought plenty of clothes, all in muted colors, as well as meals that would be activated by water. He had bought a back pack as well and folded everything neatly and so that it all fit neatly in his bag. That done, Sypher dressed for the environment. He slid a thick undergarment on, zipping it up the back to his neck. That was followed with a dark gray set of pants with a white turtle neck that was then covered by a dark green jacket with gray swirls. He pulled on some boots as well before grabbing his belt. The belt held up all his weapons and he slid several family scrolls into the sides as well. He kept his hat with him as he flipped the backpack onto his back and made for the temple settings.

With a twist of a key she opened the door to her apartment. This was home for her; no family, no roommates, no pets. A sighed escaped her lush lips as she scavenged through her wardrobe. "Flowers don't do well in the cold weather. Brr." Kaori pulled out several clothing combination's; all light and versatile for harsh or stable weather. She smiled as she ran to her kitchen and pack food that would not go bad within a week, but still provided nutrition. With a quick check list she undressed and picked out some warm clothes to wear.

Kaori slipped into soft jersey leggings that stopped at her ankles and slipped on a pair of place, detail pink, shorts. She had to maneuver her way into tight soft netting blouse that clung to her petite form, a thin black tank and a warm black(detailed pink) jacket with fur around the hood and lining the inside. She was warm, but also still very flexible and agile in her outfit. With one last look around she pulled her backpack over her shoulder and took off toward the temple.

X X XFor hours Hitori tossed and turned in his bed. He was having dreams of himself as a real shinobi. His constant movements caused him to bump his head on the wall awakening him. Just then, the voice of the Raikage moved through the area. Speakers within the village instructed for squad two genin to meet at the Ancient Ruins. Hitori wiped the drool from his chin and grabbed a small backpack filled with water for his training. Hitori then grabbed his katana, with it sheathed he strapped it to his neck vertically so that the handle was nearer to his right shoulder. "Ready Hagane?" Hitori gave a grin before exiting his apartment with the key on top of the door frame; he was sure no one would check.

"ARF ARF ARF!" was the first thing to be heasrd by Kay, who swung wildly at the yapping creature. "WOOF!" the female wolf would scream at him as he shifted in the covers. Kay would have been awake by now, but today the boy decided he would sleep for a while longer... like a few hours or so. Akatsuchi had long since been awake, roaming the village alone, but she grew tired of lonliness. "AROOOOOOOOOOOOO!" she howled as Kay finally rolled over and glared at the pup, who was already the size of a german shepard. "DRAW!" he yelled leaping towards it. THe dog rolled over and then pinned the grounded Kay. "ARF ARF!" she yapped as he chuckled. "YOu got me! Let's go," he said going to get cleaned up, and then leaving his house.

Apollo returned, but only for a moment. After placing everything in it's respective place he was out the door, headed off in order to talk with his genin. Perhaps he missed him....nah..

Noel smiled as he finally came to the area in where he could lay down his head. After paying a little sum of money, the child rented out a little cot for him to stay in as he checked out the new Kumo. It would be a good little way to regain some of his old memories, as well as get a nice bit of training as he stayed in the place. After entering his cot and the small bed, Noel took a load off and feel near to instantly asleep. Tired beyond reason from all the walking he had to push himself through to get the Kumo.

Noel woke up bright and early as the sunlight woke the child up from his slumber. When he finally arose, he felt a million times better than he ever did... possibly because he was finally sleeping in a real bed this time. After washing up, refreshing his body's hygiene, Noel grabbed up all his jutsu books and ninja equipment and headed back out into the village. Since he was in Kumo, Noel might as well take the time to train and rest up a little before heading back to Konoha. Wanting to be a completely changed an strong person by the time the child returns to Konoha and see's his dear Masumi once again.

Noel returned to the apartment though not to sleep or to take a break but to pack up and leave. Stacking his smaller backpack onto his larger one, Noel laced up all the items he had entered the apartment with and put them upon his back. The child buckled a little underneath the weight of the backpack but was just happy that he'd get back home. After returning his key to the owner, Noel find a nice open but vacant space as he closed his eyes and imaged the road out of Kumo. Clasping his hands together and keeping the image strong and valid within his mind, Noel disappeared from the area and once more vanished in a burst of glass.

Kyo walked into the aparment his family lived in, Shi was right behind him as he snuck by his sleeping dad on the couch and his cooking mom. He went into his room and stripped down to just undies, putting on cleaner clothes then sneaking into the bathroom. He washed off the blood on his headband and face. Walking out he saw his mom had made lunch. He immediatly ingulfed in. "Oh dear, your hungry sweetie!" He nodded and picked up Shi, he was still tired as he ran out of the apartment.

The Prodigious Monk

Two monks were washing their bowls in the river when they
noticed a scorpion that was drowning. One monk immediately
scooped it up and set it upon the bank. In the process he was
stung. He went back to washing his bowl and again the scorpion
fell in. The monk saved the scorpion and was again stung. The
other monk asked him, "Friend, why do you continue to save the
scorpion when you know its nature is to sting?"

"Because," the monk replied, "to save it is my nature."

►►► Inoichi sat indian style with his hands resting on his thighs meditating. It was not only his morning ritual but it was a must in his religion. Although he had been doing it for the past hour he figured that his body and mind was good and focused. He got up and headed out the door to go explore the village for something to get into. Hopefully he could find someone to train with. If not then he would just head off and find him a nice place to train himself.

Sypher trudged up to his room and pushed the door open, staring in for a moment. He stepped in and closed the door then slid down to th floor, a dazed look on his features Finally...I'm home... he put his head in his knees and suddenly started to cry. Not emotional but exhausted dry heaves with tears that poured out like a waterfall. He didn't bother to stop them and simply got to the couch before collapsing face down on it. His door opened slightly, not locked, as he fell asleep with his face in the pillows.
