ϯhere are ϯhousands of universes out there...
...ϯwisted, alternate, parallel...
...maybe, just maybe, in one of those universes...
Love must pay?
It was time for a choice, time to choose who truly possessed the artist's heart. His eyes darted from brother to brother, the ache in his chest nothing compared to the pain they both felt as their brands began to fade. With clenched fists and tears in his eyes, Sandy took a step back and squeezed his eyes shut before crying out his answer, to everyone's surprise. It isn't every day that someone forgoes love for sex with a Sin, but Sandy wasn't like every other mortal. Met with a choice to save the life of either Alcott or Jet Northwind, he chose to be with the one person no one thought was even an option: Greed. He stood by his decision, sending away his former girlfriend and shutting himself inside his house until the Sin came in to accept. Now, Greed is what he is greedy. What he feels for Sandy is not admiration or adoration, instead wishing to possess and sell the artist for profit. But is it possible that even a Sin can learn to love? Probably not, but it'll be fun to watch him try.

Erik Ram" Clock's ticking," Erik told Sandy as he continued accelerating the two men's deaths. Jet and Alcott Northwind, brothers bound by fate and death. They were the hosts of Greed and Pride, and they showed it well. However, it all came breaking down when they met the carefree artist, who's mystical charm and vibrant laugh swayed their hearts and pulled them to utter out those three words that would separate the Sins' souls and thus cause them death: I love you. Now both men were groaning in pain as the souls ripped away from them like a bandage, death eager to take the Sins' places. However, Erik, with his mysterious powers, offered Sandy a chance to save but one of them, curious to see whom he loved more. " San... Sandy," a voice breathed huskily. It was Alcott. Despite the electrocution-like pain, he grabbed tightly onto the wooden pillar at the porch and pulled himself up, his unfocused gaze on the artist. He had dealt with great pain before, emotional and physical. He wouldn't let this stop him from saying his goodbyes. " Don't... Don't pick either of us... just t-to... keep us alive... There was another grunt, and Alcott glanced across him to see his brother struggling greatly to fight the pain. He clawed at himself and at the floor, but somehow managed to pull himself up, leaning against the wall of the house, pained eyes narrowed at Sandy. " W... We knew... what to expect... wh... when we said we... love you," he added in a hoarse voice. He offered the artist a reassuring but tiny smile. " No... No matter who you pick... I'll still... love you," Alcott grunted, his expression serious but his eyes understanding and sympathetic.

Sandy Saunders ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦
Although Sandy was usually a carefree artist with mystical charm and a vibrant laugh, right now he was anything but. He couldn't choose between the two men he loves! It was bad enough that he had to say goodbye to Starlight, but now he had to lose one of the most amazing men he'd ever known. God, he couldn't choose! Alcott was mature and understanding, not to mention the hottest DILF he'd ever met. But Jet was a closet sweetheart with such potential to be a good man. Wait, potential? Sandy thought for a moment. Both of the men had to potential to be his dream man, but was that enough? There would always be something missing. There was only one person who knew what he really was, the greedy beast he was beneath the surface. Well, not person. "I love you both," he said, stepping closer and touching both of their cheeks. "I will always love you. Until the day I die, even. But, I choose..." It was time for a choice, time to choose who truly possessed the artist's heart. His eyes darted from brother to brother, the ache in his chest nothing compared to the pain they both felt as their brands began to fade. With clenched fists and tears in his eyes, Sandy took a step back and squeezed his eyes shut before crying out his answer, to everyone's surprise.
"Greed!"

Erik RamAn awkward silence fell over the group. Erik cleared his throat. " Very... Very well," he said and snapped his fingers. Alcott fell to the ground, clawing at the ground as he struggled with the pain of the soul leaving him. The back of his shirt bulged, and two large, feathery wings sprouted out, one white and one black, falling down limp besides the equally limp escort. Jet fell to one knee, clutching his chest and barely conscious. He was confused and in tremendous pain. Greed? When did Sandy ever...? Before he could even finish the question, he collapsed against the ground, unconscious but breathing. Erik moved to the porch, looking down at Alcott's still body. " What a shame," he murmured before looking at the artist, motioning towards the banker. " By the time he wakes up, Greed should be in full possession. I'm quite surprised, though. No one has ever wanted to be with the Sin rather than their host. I look forward to seeing how it progresses." He smiled, and by the time Sandy would blink both he and Alcott would be gone.

Greed"Everyone's got a price,"
Greed followed suit, standing up and sticking one hand into his pocket as he gazed at the artist. His gaze wasn't playful and tricky like Jet's, but cold and analytical, as if searching for worth. "Thanks to that stunt you pulled I've got full control of this body. I'm going to pick up where Jet didn't have the balls to, and drain more money from everyone." He already had plans forming in his head. A vicious cycle of making money to pour into the government or to have "lying around" for thieves to take so they could buy his stuff and refill his pockets. A cycle of avarice. Greed walked down the steps of the porch before pausing and turning to look at Sandy. He guessed he couldn't just leave the kid. Sandy did, after all, sever all his ties with everyone just to be with him. "All I really know about you is that you don't easily get satisfied with just one person. Nothing special in today's society, though," the Sin murmured while scratching his chin. He suddenly smirked and climbed up the steps until he was right in front of the witch. "Why don't we make a deal, then?"
"And baby, I'm not lookin' unless you're on sale."

Greed"Everyone's got a price,"
"I need a replacement for Alcott since, well, he's dead now, and you want sex. I propose you take his place. You're good looking, and your attitude ought to keep most of my customers. Of course, you're not as built as he was, and you're not as old, so I'm destined to lose some. Still, you'll definitely gain new customers." He shifted his weight to one leg and smirked at Sandy. "So how about it? You get all the sex you could want with no strings attached, and I get more money in my pocket."
"And baby, I'm not lookin' unless you're on sale."
