It was easy for Ezreal to call the stranger as someone who is an adrenaline junkie. Or someone who is obviously not afraid of the dark. He watched her closely, eyes calculating but curious. Especially with the story about the teacher and her unfortunate... outcomes. It must have been brutal if the walls were covered by her blood. He played with the band-aid on his nose, a hint of his true self slowly growing out of the shy shellโ
The school was as fun interesting as he had heard. He can imagine himself breaking past limits already.
He looked sideways at her as she asked about his... something. Just before disappearing in thin air and reappearing behind him. He didn't flinch, whatsoever. After all, he had known where she was, basing on the shadows he had been communicating with. He grinned at her, shrugging. He'd been informed about the students having unnatural capabilities. Ezreal made sure to remember what the other people could do; starting by taking a mental note about the surely small demonstration of the older girl. He'd figured she could do more. But of course, you never show everything to a stranger you just met.
Might as well give a demo myself, Ezreal decided, standing up. He took a small step forward and sank into his shadow like he just stepped over the edge of a cliff. It was like before, feeling the tendrils of darkness wrapping around him, moving beside him. He moved through the shadows in the courtyard, settling to ascend by one of the trees near the bench they were on. He emerged from the shadows underneath the branch, ending with him being upside down as he regarded the older girl. He made sure to keep the shadows sticking to his shoes. He did a polite bow. "My name is Ezreal, and I'm a first year. It's my first day in Videl Academy. Nice to meet you."
Location: Courtyard, bench. With: No one. Mood:Tired, but content.
Finally, she had a moment to rest. She had been spending the first several hours of the day getting lost, finding the office, signing and filling out documents, and carrying her luggage to the dormitory. Of course, she had been expecting a lot of work once she got to this school, but she was tuckered out nonetheless.
After having eaten her lunch, she now relaxed at the courtyard, sitting on one of the benches with book in hand. She was reading one of her historical fiction books. It was a story with a lot of old politics and drama, not something a younger generation would usually find appealing. Cassiel was a bit of a history nerd, so she had many books of a similar category. Her favorites were stories where about the supposed outcome if certain world-changing events didn't happen, or happened differently. She did enjoy fantasy from time to time, however. She was just picky.
Her wings tucked themselves tightly in so she could lean her back against the bench without much discomfort. It was usually a hit or miss with benches and chairs, wings made things a little less convenient in that aspect. Oh well. This bench was fine enough. She let out a content sigh as she gingerly flipped the page.

โBefore his arrival at the courtyardโ โผ Leonardo headed to his room on campus grounds to clean the blood off his body,and to change into a new outfit. After the nice soak to clear his head he even managed to meditate for a few minutes. When that was done he came out clean and smooth as if the resent battle had never happen. Changing into his new outfit,he open up his laptop to skype his fiance. When every thing was set up ,he could see his fiance freckled face smiling back at him through the screen. Holding his baby girl for him to see,he waved to Annabelle as she seem to recognize him.The baby let out a happy giggle saying things neither him or Jackie could understand. Leonard had felt that warming feeling in his chest something,he was not used to until he had started a family of his own. The man was bless beyond his knowing it he was grateful for every moment. The family of three had stayed online for about an hour and thirty minutes or ,so before it was time for them to part. Jackie had her duties to take care of the farm,and the many acre of land they own.
โผ Leo long to be there helping her,but he would after he had some free time of course. For now the trusted farm hands could ease his wife to be burden. After the chat he closed the laptop shut sitting back just to think. Talking to them usually put his heart and mind at ease taking a deep breath it would be nice to get some fresh air. Though after the walk he'd have to open up sundry tutoring soon for some extra cash. Most of that money would be sent to Jackie.

Walking with his hands in his pockets the Nephilim could feel the presence of a angel as would a shark sense blood. The girl was blond ,and seem meek he had never seen her before must be a new student.''I don't wan't to scare her or intimidate her'' he thought which would be kind of hard to do given his 6ft height. not to mention his aura if she could sense it that is a mixture of both demonic and angelic being a nephilim. As he got closer he could tell just by her looks and her presence this one was as gentle as a lamb. '' Hm...you new here?'' he asked in his deep strong voice maintaining eye contact with the student. Leo began to wonder if he'd like to have a daughter like her. In way that she was innocent free of the bloodshed life that consume him to this day. The man could only hope and prey for that future though'' My name is Leonardo Videl nice to meet you I'am the math teacher'' he explain keeping it professional.

Leo/Jackie Theme: Romantic Ability 1:Blade Of Yugudorashiru (Yggdrasil The World Tree): This sword of legend is fused with his very soul allowing him to summon the blade at will. The power alone has increased Leonardo's power by 10x making him more powerful than most Nephalem. Once summoned the blade cloaks Leonardo in a twilight aura. Though the blade has been weaken to 50% of its power,and the familiar that sleeps within lies dormant It still grants Leo the edge in battle as it allows him to project its energy in the form of powerful explosive wave slashes etc. The powerful familiar Odin sleeps within the blade,and will awaken in the most dire of times. Once this happens Leo will sync with the titan once more becoming whole again. (I Will slowly update the increase in power starting form 50% as the story progress.) It is far more than just a simple blade however it resembles a katana although the blade(Steel part) appears to be wooden.Looks can be deceiving as this blade is strong enough to cut through arch demons,arch angels and much more.The guard of the katana is a shiny gold color. The cord wrap being a jet black and the ornament is also black. Attached to the ornament is a key chain at the end of it that resembles a golden appeal. Drawbacks The sword is connected to his soul ,so if it was damaged heavily it would hurt in unimaginably.( It would have to be a powerful attack to harm his sword though) Ability 2: Titan-Familiar: Valigarmanda
Aspects:This is weakest familiar but what it lacks in power it makes up for in verity. Granting Leo the ability to conjure ice,fire and lightning the tri-disaster as some call it.The force of these elements are mid-high level at best. He can add the elemental effects to his sword to take on the properties of one of the three elements one at a time. Each element he changes also effects his aura. For fire it is a blazing red aura that gives off heat,for lightning it is yellow sparking all over the place and for ice a cold chill and mellow aura.
Limits Leo can only use one element at a time and must wait six post to be able to switch between them.
Ability 3:Titan-Familiar: Bahamut
Aspects:The Second strongest is the dragon king bahamut which grants Leo powerful energies called dragons breath. Allowing him to shoot destructive beams of old ancient energy from his mouth,but not just his mouth. He can create orbs 3x the size of a beach balls all around him. He can control them to fire off into different directions are at a single target. Another bonus is the it grants him the ability to soar like a dragon making his mobility greater. The aura around him is a dark purple,and the effects others feel is that of a heavy pressure that exude pride and strength of the dragon king. Limits He can only used this power for a limited time due to the amount of energy needed(five post is his max.) b]Ability 4:Titan-Familiar: Diablos
Aspects: His strongest familiar (for now) and newly acquired one at that. This creature came to be as he destroyed the ancient one the fragment of the mighty entity branched off,and was absorbed into him, Thus creating Diablos this being allows him to control pure darkness manipulating it ,and shaping it to his will.The power is more stronger during the night,but 25% weaker during the day. This power allows him to call upon shadow fiends to aid him in battle. He can meld into the shadows at will. Yggdrasil can be covered in the darkness ,but can never be corrupted adding it's power to the darkness for a fierce combo.Since it is a new power it has some control over him as,well altering his mood making him more darker and cold. The aura he displays is one that foretold unimaginable doom. The aura is jet black representing the nature of darkness a abyss....
Limits/drawbacks The longer he is using Diablos the more toll it takes on his body as he has not master it fully. He is basically damaging himself when he uses this power.
Drawback: He can only use one familiar at a time and must wait ten post to be able to switch to another.

Cassiel was a little startled by the tall man's approach, but she kept it well hidden. She wasn't expecting to be approached so soon, but she supposed it was to be expected being a new student and all.
"Oh! Yes-" She quickly stood up, smoothing out her dress and holding her book to her side. She eyed the mans unique looking attire, wondering if it was a uniform or if he just had eccentric fashion sense.
"I'm Cassiel Heartworth. I transferred here to this academy just the other day, it's nice to meet you as well, Mr.Videl!" Her spoke quite formally, giving the man a polite smile. She followed her greeting by holding out her hand for him to shake.

โผ The girl was a proper one for sure smoothing out her dress like that,and was rather polite as well. The teacher caught her eyes staring at his attire ,and he had to suppress his snicker. The man was from five hundred years into the future his sense of fashion would seem odd to most people. Not that he under stood fashion all that well either. If he was wearing his previous attire he'd had a batter response for sure. Though she looked the part of a virgin nun. As she introduce herself he couldn't help ,but wonder if she had a noble up bringing with that last name. ''Like wise Ms heart-worth welcome to videl academy'' he tried his best at sounding formal and polite,but he had not the voice for it. Leonardo is not a soft spoken man. Taking her hand he was surprisingly gentle yet firm when the shake was done he had to ask. ''That last name are you high born?'' he asked with curiosity there was something else he needed to confirm''You're an angel...right?''Judging by the look of her innocent persona this girl had not seen bloodshed. Leonardo wondered how long would that be in a place like this? He had heard the stories from his ancestor,and from stories in his time period about the many things that happen here. ''I'll need to keep a eye on her'' he thought for good measure he placed some of his energy upon her stealthy with that hand shake.
If she was ever in danger he'd know about it being a guardian,and all her safety was his top concern. Deep down inside he knew it was more much more it was a sense maybe a primal sense to protect this one innocents. Why did he care though? she was a stranger in every sense of the word. The man simply did not have an answer for why at this moment in time.

The energy the man attempted to transfer onto her seemed to be instinctively rejected by the angel, likely due to his partial demonic properties. This made a tiny harmless spark between their hands which caused Cassiel to flinch and pull her hand away. Cassiel looked confused, but she assumed it was just due to the dry air. The weather was warming up, after all.
At his first question, she looked puzzled, furrowing her eyebrows, "High born...?"She didn't seem to understand what that implied, let alone what her surname name had to do with it. She had never heard the term in that context before. Was he referring to her status...?
But, before she could answer, she was hit with another question,"Er-" She hold the book to her chest, seeming a bit nervous as to why he would ask such a question. She hoped it was just mere curiosity.
"Ah- yes, I am." She replied, "I've heard that magical entities were commonplace here, correct?"

Upon hearing the man explain what he had just done, Cassiel seemed visibly confused and uncomfortable. Keep track of her? Like, without her consent, or awareness? She couldn't help but feel a little creeped out that someone she just met would try to do that, even if he was a teacher at her school. Cassiel had the urge to call it out, but she felt a bit too nervous. She took a small step back, holding her hand to her chest. Just who was this man...?
She seemed unsure about playing along when he tried to change the subject, her brows furrowing skeptically, "Uhm...I'm not royalty, or anything. I come from a small village." She explained. The angel listened carefully as he continued to speak.
Demon half-born...? Did such a thing exist? Is that why that spark happened? She clenched her fist, growing more uneasy. He didn't seem to have hostile intentions, just went about showing concern a bit carelessly. She hoped, at least, that his heart was in the right place. At his last question, she relaxed a bit.
"Oh, well..." She thought a moment,"...it wasn't anything like I'd ever seen before. The architecture is very old, but it seems so well kept. The town itself is much bigger than what I'm used to, as well. My village seems so tiny in comparison."She silently hoped that nothing weird would happen again.

Leonardo gave a deep bow before apologizing''Forgive me for my actions didn't mean to scare you like that'' standing up straight once more he looked down at her. The man wanted to say more that looking at her made him wan't to protect her. Was it because she was a fellow angel or perhaps it was for someone so innocent looking that the world could be cruel? In any case he would ask her soon if she'd like to learn to defend herself. After all we all must face our demons some day. On a lighter subject she brought that she was from a small village''Must be nice to be away from all the noise from the big city'' his voice carried a small hint of envy. Five hundred years from now the earth would have more futuristic cities than villages.''There is a lot of history to this place,and old magic to keep this place around. Also some elbow grease doesn't hurt either'' he explain not sure if she'd like to delve into the lore of this place. '' You'll get used to it in time,but if you'd like a tour I could show you...when things are not as awkward between us'' he spoke it plain and direct he kind of gave a bad impression for what he did earlier he wanted to clear the air.

Aspects: His strongest familiar (for now) and newly acquired one at that. This creature came to be as he destroyed the ancient one the fragment of the mighty entity branched off,and was absorbed into him, Thus creating Diablos this being allows him to control pure darkness manipulating it ,and shaping it to his will.The power is more stronger during the night,but 25% weaker during the day. This power allows him to call upon shadow fiends to aid him in battle. He can meld into the shadows at will. Yggdrasil can be covered in the darkness ,but can never be corrupted adding it's power to the darkness for a fierce combo.Since it is a new power it has some control over him as,well altering his mood making him more darker and cold. The aura he displays is one that foretold unimaginable doom. The aura is jet black representing the nature of darkness a abyss....
Limits/drawbacks The longer he is using Diablos the more toll it takes on his body as he has not master it fully. He is basically damaging himself when he uses this power.
Drawback: He can only use one familiar at a time and must wait ten post to be able to switch to another.

Cassiel relaxed a little when he gave a proper apology. Perhaps he had just acted impulsively? It didn't justify it, in her mind, but she would put it aside for now. She didn't want to cause too much of a fuss on what was basically her first real day at this school.
The angel listened as he briefly spoke of the school and its history. She made a bit of a face at the 'awkward between us' remark. Was that to imply that she had done something to make things awkward, too? She decided to assume not, and quickly got over it. At the question about self defense, she raised her eyebrows. Why was he so concerned about her safety? He spoke as if she were going into battle.
"Er, well, I've never really gotten into a fight before. I like to try and solve things diplomatically when I can. If I find I need to learn to defend myself I will consider it, thank you."She replied, adjusting her glasses. Cassiel blinked as he spoke of needing to go soon. She assumed he had to go and continue his duties as a teacher.
"Ah, right. I'll be sure to ask a staff member if I find myself unsure where to go. It was nice speaking with you, Mr. Videl." The book moved from one arm to the other as she adjusted her hold on it, lifting her free hand to brush a curled strand of hair from her face.

โผ This is a classic case of I know what you don't know,but the man was feeling awkward for what he did. "I can talk to a whole class of students but for some reason not this girl.I was too careless hopefully when we meet again she won't be cautious around me" he kpet those thoughts to himself though time is his ally here. Leonardo heard her words about considering learning to defend herself,but some how he doubted that. This place was not as safe as it seemed Leonardo nodded his approval" Very well" is all he had to say to that. " If you're wondering where I"am off to i'm going to open up my class room. Going to help some students of mine with extra work for today. You enjoy your stay and nice to meet you as well Cassiel"with that the man began to walk away tipping his hat low to hide his eye's."Way to go man way to go" if he was speaking he would let out a sigh. Leo/Jackie Theme Sands of time Ability 1:Blade Of Yugudorashiru (Yggdrasil The World Tree): This sword of legend is fused with his very soul allowing him to summon the blade at will. The power alone has increased Leonardo's power by 10x making him more powerful than most Nephalem. Once summoned the blade cloaks Leonardo in a twilight aura. Though the blade has been weaken to 50% of its power,and the familiar that sleeps within lies dormant It still grants Leo the edge in battle as it allows him to project its energy in the form of powerful explosive wave slashes etc. The powerful familiar Odin sleeps within the blade,and will awaken in the most dire of times. Once this happens Leo will sync with the titan once more becoming whole again. (I Will slowly update the increase in power starting form 50% as the story progress.) Aspects: (Unknown at the moment power lies dormant)
It is far more than just a simple blade however it resembles a katana although the blade(Steel part) appears to be wooden.Looks can be deceiving as this blade is strong enough to cut through arch demons,arch angels and much more.The guard of the katana is a shiny gold color. The cord wrap being a jet black and the ornament is also black. Attached to the ornament is a key chain at the end of it that resembles a golden appeal. Drawbacks The sword is connected to his soul ,so if it was damaged heavily it would hurt in unimaginably.( It would have to be a powerful attack to harm his sword though) Ability 2: Titan-Familiar: Valigarmanda
Aspects:This is weakest familiar but what it lacks in power it makes up for in verity. Granting Leo the ability to conjure ice,fire and lightning the tri-disaster as some call it.The force of these elements are mid-high level at best. He can add the elemental effects to his sword to take on the properties of one of the three elements one at a time. Each element he changes also effects his aura. For fire it is a blazing red aura that gives off heat,for lightning it is yellow sparking all over the place and for ice a cold chill and mellow aura.
Limits Leo can only use one element at a time and must wait six post to be able to switch between them.
Ability 3:Titan-Familiar: Bahamut
Aspects:The Second strongest is the dragon king bahamut which grants Leo powerful energies called dragons breath. Allowing him to shoot destructive beams of old ancient energy from his mouth,but not just his mouth. He can create orbs 3x the size of a beach balls all around him. He can control them to fire off into different directions are at a single target. Another bonus is the it grants him the ability to soar like a dragon making his mobility greater. The aura around him is a dark purple,and the effects others feel is that of a heavy pressure that exude pride and strength of the dragon king.
