Punk would slip out of it as he tried to catch his breathe after almost passing out from the chokehold.

Samoa Joe had failed to force CM Punk to pass out, then starts picking Punk up  

[Chicago Makes Punk]

Punk was eventually picked up by Joe.  

[Voice Of TNWR]

Michael Cole: Oh my! punk may be out cold!

Jerry Lawler: yeah it doesn't look good for punk right now!  

[Submission Machine]

Samoa Joe looks to force CM Punk to the corner, and lift him to the Top TB and if successful, sits him on top.  

[Chicago Makes Punk]

Punk was sitting on top..  

[Matt Gennison]

Matt would walk closer and closer, and until
he eventually got near the ring, stopping there.

Samoa Joe climbs onto the first rope, hooking CM Punk's head, into a superplex position.  

[Chicago Makes Punk]

Punk was in the superplex position, as Punk was still trying to gain life after the chokehold.

Samoa Joe goes for the superplex!  

[Chicago Makes Punk]

Punk at the last moment tried to hold his weight down using the ropes as well for his advantage. He then tried to strike Joe over and over until he would let go!

Samoa Joe lets go, and is staggering up there with CM Punk

Punk tried to go for a huge headbutt to Joe, hopefully knocking him off!

Samoa Joe falls off, laying down on the mat

As Joe fell off, Punk adjusted himself on the top rope. He then put both his feet on it, and then stood up fully looking down at Joe. He raised up his arms, as Punk tried to launch himself off with a huge elbow drop!
