Matt would then cover Hardy, hooking the outside leg as the referee slid down over by Jeff's head to make sure his shoulders were on the mat before counting the pin.

1..2! The referee didn't get any further than that because Jeff would kick out using his better arm and sitting up

Matt would smile in excitement after getting to his knees, as he's happy to know he could inflict some more punishment on Jeff Hardy. He would look over to Aleks Mason and point at the Universal Championship. Turning his attention back to Jeff, Matt would get to his feet and wait for him to get up.

Hardy slowly wandered back up to his feet and turned to face his opponent holding his arm.

Working on the same arm, Matt would grab it and fall back to the mat with a reverse STO to the arm!

Jeff is unable to counter and immediately finds himself slammed into the mat again via the STO. Not only that but more damage added to his arm as he now held it and yelled in more agonizing pain.

Matt would begin to slowly, but surely pick apart Jeff Hardy, as he would grab his right arm from the inside, and attempt to fall back to the canvas!

 

[Reborn By Fate]

The assault on Jeff's limb continues as he now finds himself trapped in Matt Allen's sadistic web of horrors. He lays there unable to defend himself as his arm is lifted then wrenched back near snapping on impact. The crowd booing as Hardy cries out and rolls around the ring.

Matt would get to his feet, and slide his hair back out of his face, watching Jeff squirm around like the nothingness he is. He would crouch down and watch him cling to life.  

[Reborn By Fate]

Jeff is breathing loud and heavy holding his arm. He scrambles to find the ropes and doesn't even care that Allens is stalking him. Slowly he uses his free and uninjured arm to assist him in trying to get back to his feet and back into this match-up.  

[Matt Gennison]

Matt would stand up normally on his two feet, and assist Jeff into picking him up, attempting to Irish-whip him to the opposite ropes!

However Jeff does not budge as Allens wants. He intends to cling to the ropes for as long as he cans and recover as much as possible.  

[Matt Gennison]

While pulling still despite Jeff holding the ropes, he would hear the referee begin to count. At the count of 4, Matt would release hold of Jeff, since he was clutching onto the ropes.

Michael Cole: OW! A devastating move by Allens wrenching that arm back!

"I've seen that move popularized by Pentagon, a huge Mexican star, someone I only encountered a decade ago when I visited Mexico, that's really gonna effect Hardy here in this match, man. Hey I'm pretty good at this, I might take your job Michael"

After the count, Hardy lets go of the ropes and attempts to get some quick offense into this one sided equation, going for a kick to Allens' ribs so he doesn't have to use his arm.
