Dragon walked in, looking at all the decorations like a kid that had entered a toy store. He didn't know the city that well, but he liked seeing so many people around, and now that he didn't have to worry about his demonic side attacking innocent people he didn't feel bad about staying for so long.
Noticing the smell in the room, Dragon turned to Phoebe. "Did you come here earlier?" he asked.
