"I also grabbed enough elixers and ethers for everyone."

"Sounds good, Kalen." Dk said as she hopped down from the railing she was crouching on and walked next to Tenebrea again.

"fine, the sooner we get this done, the better. You 4 have the power to stop this, I lack such power, but maybe that is for the best." Kelina said shaking her empty flask upside down hoping for even a drop of rum

"You can at least fight death's minions. Its only him that is the problem." Kalen said as he pulled his keyblade out.

"Stupid nobody got my katanas.....oh well..." she sighed.

"Alright. Lets do this." Kalen said as he walked to the door of the mansion while summoning Rose's keyblade as well.

Kelina opened the mansion door before summoning a card to her hand and throwing it at DK.

Rose caught the card and saw it was laced with quick spreading crystals.
"will you stop your assassination attempts on DK! One mission, that's all I ask!"

Kelina grinned
"never." she was the first to leave the building

Rose sighed and pocketed the card.
"old habits never die you know?" she smiled towards Dk.

Dk gave a faint smile towards Rose
"yeah, I know. Go on, we'll be following behind you."

Rose nodded and turned to Kalen as they were leaving
"the closest one is where?"


Dk rubbed her head and looked to Tenebrea
"its been far too long since I worked with anyone, heh, reminds me of old times" she smiles
"working with someone who always wants to kill me." she chuckled

She sighed softly
"well, I suppose we have to follow."

It wasn't that she was nervous, she wasn't nervous at all. She wanted to be sure that Tenebrea was alright.

"The sand lot. We should hurry before more souls are taken." Kalen said as he started running toward the woods. -exit-

Dk watches Kalen and Rose run out.
"Sand Lot?"

Dk ran after them
"I wonder why exactly this world's name is Twilight Town." she said to herself, actually curious once again.

He reappeared in the old mansion, one of the nicer rooms. Erin put Ayami's limp body on the couch before going to look out the window. "What have I done?"
A part of him manifested itself next to him, only visible to him. "You've done well."
Erin turned to face the manifestation. "No, this isn't right. I shouldn't have done that. Why couldn't I control myself?"
The other him smirked. "It's as I feared. We should have eased into the mind transfer a bit. On the plus side, we got what we went for."
They looked to Ayami's sleeping body. "What is this about? Why do we need her?"
"Why do we need her?She contains most of our power. You liked the power we had, right? Imagine if we had all the Sins at once. But now... Now we'll need a few hearts as well. My plan will have to be put on hold."
Erin nodded with a grimace. "Fine, where to next?"
The scar on his chest burned. He could feel the slice that had killed him ripping through his chest. It stung but there was nothing he could do. "Let's find a place where there are plenty of hearts."
Erin's manifestation disappeared as he vanished again in a haze, leaving Ayami's body locked away in a secluded part of the Mansion.

Arriving back in the same room they had set Ayami's body in, Erin walked over to where she lay. The crystal claw immediately reformed around his arm. He raised his arm over Ayami and started to bring it down on her.

Misty appeared but felt Erin's hand leave hers. She opened her eyes watching.
"Erin.....is Enoch in you again?" she asked softly.

Erin remained quiet and poised. He struck downward at Ayami. The claw pierced through Ayami but it didn't appear to be reaching into her body. It was actually reaching for something deeper, a spiritual energy. He felt it and pulled on it. It came out as a weird, sickening glob. Erin put it in his right hand and it started to be absorbed into his body. Both voices spoke simultaneously. "And so it begins."
Erin's body lurched and fell to the ground. He tossed around, growling as the waves of pain grew and shrunk. "You can't fight it, boy. We'll be one again."
He grit his teeth and growled back. "Like hell... we will..."
The flailing and roaring in pain went on for what seemed like hours.
