Kitsusagi Co-Ownership Contract Thread
Co-Owned Kitsusagi agreements will go here. Because we have many co-ownership agreements now, we would like things to continue to move along harmoniously. Beforehand, co-ownership Kitsu and their details were worked out between users by unofficial means and of trust. While we would like to continue this, we would also like to provide an official place for users to post up their Co-Ownership agreements incase there is any misunderstanding in the future.
Co-ownership is not to be taken lightly. Kitsusagi may only be co-owned by a maximum of two people. You may work out egg distribution, RP rights, and other details to post on your official contract. You will PM the following form to Kitsusagi Helper with the title "Co-Ownership Agreement" when such a contract is entered into. Once approved by the staff, your agreement shall be posted onto this thread. Users may not post their own contracts here.

Please copy this form for every Kitsusagi you co-own. If you co-own multiple Kitsusagi and want to mail the co-ownership contracts in the same PM, please keep them tidy for the Staffer to read over and organize.

Co-Ownership Agreement Between Dinobutt and Cheezegod
Co-Owned Kitsusagi: Hobojooboo
Owned By: Dinobutt + Cheezegod
RP Rights: Cheezegod only
Breeding Distribution: Cheezegod and Dinobutt will get one egg each. If only two eggs are rolled, Dinobutt and Cheezegod are to discuss what will happen to their egg. Other egg is to go to Kitsusagi's mate.
Users of existing Co-Owned Kitsusagi are to fill in this form also with their current co-ownership agreements, and PM the form to the same Kitsusagi Helper mule. There is nothing to alter or change and your agreement will just be made concrete and official.
In the event of both users mutally agreeing to end a co-ownership, please advise the Kitsusagi Staff mule so the Kitsusagi's certificate can be altered. Once that is completed, your co-ownership contract will be deleted from the thread.
