☠☠☠☠☠So you've got your land-clubs and your sky-clubs, your falling-clubs and a swim club. Want more water? BLURP just may be the adventure you're looking for. Membership comes in two flavors: Light and Heroic. While anyone may qualify for Light membership, only those who hold Heroic rank within the club may consider themselves Members.

Think you got what it takes? Ready to see if you can clear these bonus levels with flying colors?

Meeting Location:
☠☠☠☠☠ Professor Savage's classroom for debriefing, gym pool for exercises, lake fieldtrips for heroic-level levels. Locations may vary, please check the club sticky-notes often!
Requirements to Join:
☠☠☠☠☠ Light and Drop-In: No requirements aside from showing up to meetings. Kinda hard to be in the club when you don't show up to meetings, isn't it?
☠☠☠☠☠ Heroic: Must pass initiation. Also must be able to swim. Can't swim? No problem! Learning to swim will be part of your initiation.
Concept/Aim/Purpose:
☠☠☠☠☠ Club BLURP seeks to explore and try everything "just once" as long as it has a relation to water. If it doesn't, then no problem! They'll adapt for water play. "Anything you can do, we can do it underwater." And if not? Eh. The time spent was still worth it! They're always looking for challenges and welcome drop-ins.

Activities

All of club BLURP activities will be in relation to water, most taking place in or around the water. Club plans include:

Club meetings will primarily take place in Professor Savage's Human Studies class. This is also where crafting will take place. All clubs will meet in this room first, then move as a group to either the gym or off-campus site. This is to take roll-call and to give a debriefing on the club's activity for the day.

Club activities take place on the weekends from 8am to 5pm. Every weekday the club hosts informal meetings after school from 4pm to 7pm. These weekday meetings are usually when the water balloons are busted out.

Flavors of Membership

☠☠☠☠☠Drop-In: No signup necessary. Drop-ins are people who are curious about the club, but don't want to commit to anything yet. Drop-ins are welcomed at every meeting, however they may NOT display the club's emblem unless they sign up. Drop-ins can earn some of the benefits Light-members get, but if you drop in more than once Merope might try to convince you to sign up...

☠☠☠☠☠Light: Regular membership level. Lights are not as into the club as Heroic-level members, but are still members regardless. However, Lights are unable to participate in the more extreme Heroic-level activities. Lights also do have a chance at being kicked out, so show up to meetings! Lights also earn benefits.

☠☠☠☠☠Heroic: The committed members. Heroic-level membership is granted after passing initiation. In addition, members of this level MUST show up to clubs or risk being booted. Heroic-level Members are also responsible for checking in and finding out when club activities come up; there is no hand-holding here. While the requirements are steep, it will come with benefits.

At this time, club benefits will not be disclosed.

☠☠☠☠☠Initiation: Anyone seeking Heroic-level membership must pass initiation. Trials and tasks will vary from initiate to initiate. These tasks may or may not be completed with a friend who is not affiliated with club BLURP, dependent on what task is assigned.

Club Rules

1. NO FIRE.
   
2. No skimpy swimsuits (no we don't want to see it, nor do we want wardrobe malfunctions)
   
3. Shower after every club meeting involving swimming (unless you like smelling like the pool)
   
4. Do not use the club emblem unless you are a Heroic member.
   
5. NO FIRE.
   
6. No running around the pool with sharp objects.
   
7. Always swim with a buddy, unless you can breathe underwater. Or are already dead.
   
8. No diving in the shallow end.
   
9. No peeing in the pool.
   
10. NO FIRE SERIOUSLY.

1) I'm looking for suggestions/comments/crits/brainstorming on EVERYTHINGGG. If you've got something to say, speak up! BLURP is more of an informal club to get Merope out and meeting people than anything else. Otherwise Heroic level is out to get some dedicated people I can plot with. c:

2) This club DOES come with the chance of being kicked out. If you're kicked, you CAN sign up again if you wish. Please check the club thread when you remember and don't miss too many meetings! BLURP will come with benefits. Said benefits will not be revealed until the club gets underway.

3) To sign up, just post your interest! In addition, please note whether you'd like to apply for Heroic membership or not. Initiation will be RPed out! O:

4) Interested but don't want to commit to Heroic? That's what Light membership is for! Light is the more "casual" of memberships, though you'll miss out on the neat things Heroic members get to do...

rofl. XD Heroic level membership is like grinding rep for the heroic keys in oldschool BC, except the heroic instances = worth it. *_*

Updated and changed some things, most notably Light members DO get the club emblem/it counts 'cause otherwise it'd be too much work to keep track of. |D
