Kohaku was raised by her mother, father and grandpa Tsukurou, she has five siblings but is only really close to Nanami in their kithood. She considers her mother's erratic behavior quite foolish and has no affection whatsoever for her uncle Kimihiro. Not being close to the rest of her family she is still more or less aware of the extent of her family tree, though generally loathes any sort of contact with that side of the family. That being anyone indirectly related. Nothing gives Kohaku greater joy than breaking the rules and going against the grain. She's an impulsive and reckless youth, even to the point of hurting someone else, feelings or otherwise. If she thinks you're wrong she'll gladly tell you, unless letting you flounder about embarrassing yourself is more fun. Later she can point out how wrong you were and gleefully laugh in your face about it. Love and romance are not on her agenda, she will need convinced that kits are a good idea.

Into the story... Name: Dinah (Angel of learning) Personality: Guiding Light - As eldest Dinah does as she's told and sees to it that her siblings follow suit. Leading by example. She is wise and calm, watching and paying attention to detail before choosing to act. Prompt choice and Response: Three - A day in the life.
Dinah has watched exactly three strangers come up the mountain to seek Father's counsel in the few short months of her life so far. The first two found what they needed with him, the very first was thankful and left without lingering. Mother didn't allow the litter to greet or question the newcomer in any way, although they might have tried to sneak off or convince her they should be allowed. Dinah was quiet. It was strange, having someone new about, but she wasn't worried. Mother was there and Dinah watched from the den, eyes wide, maw shut. Not knowing what she came for, nor what she got, but for her smiling as she left, and Dinah understood that what Father did was important to that strange furry ulaya. It was good to help others.
From then came the second stranger, this one had wings such as theirs but curved horns and not a scale in sight. Dinah was curious, ulaya could be fuzzy, and have no wings, with hardly any tail at all. They could have hooves and horns, and feathers too. She'd asked Mother about the different types, but never tried to bend the rules though she did wish to meet with them. The second stranger stayed for only a short time and was angry. Not at Father, nor Mother, but angry at heart. Father had said so, lamenting that he couldn't convince them to stay longer, that he couldn't help them. 'This time.' Father said, hopeful that their heart would change. Dinah learned that guidance couldn't be forced, nor could help be thrust upon someone that was unwilling to change. Also that this didn't mean giving up was the only option left, instead patience. Time brought change.
The third stranger arrived in Spring. Dinah loved Spring, (just as she would come to love Summer and Autumn too) there was so much new to see and to know. The plants came alive, flowers bloomed, insects of every sort could be found. With no visitors she and her siblings were allowed the freedom to run about outside the den. Questions and answers and more questions still to explore, but for the stranger.
Dinah saw him first. She'd climbed a tree, making it to the lowest branches and perching there, wings spread and feeling the breeze, how it caught beneath her wings when she tilted them just so, how it pushed if she spread them wide. She had been moments from jumping into that gentle wind when her gaze had caught hints of movement. Pausing to determine if it was family or someone new, Dinah folded her wings and jumped down to the ground. "Father has a visitor," she called, gaining the attention of her siblings and Father whom was nearby. Dinah turned to return to the den. A stranger meant that their days of freedom to explore would be limited until he left. While she dearly wished to stay out in the sun, exploring, experience had shown that they'd be allowed their freedom after Father helped this male. Dinah understood this simply. It seemed it wasn't so simple for her brothers, who, reluctant to stop playing, conspired to sneak away. Little sister watched them, hesitant to do anything but follow, and Dinah knew she would have to convince the boys quickly if she wanted to wrangle the three of them to Mother's side.
