Red glows when rage picks up. PERSONALITY: Gullible to trust, harsh on betrayal. Mostly honest when he doesn't feel threatened, protective when he feels that something is being done wrong. KNOWN WEAPONS [Offence]: Arm Blade (Alex Mercer DESIGN). [Defense]: Armored Wings (Used as transport, and long/short-range combat. Picture: http://th08.deviantart.net/fs10/PRE/i/2006/108/4/f/Demon_wings_by_MIHO24.jpg ) HISTORY: Originally from the Western United States, Hiyo had visited Japan on a summer holiday, taking in the scenery and culture at around the same time a carrier got in Tokyo. When both came across each other, things became violent within the city, causing chaos and mayhem that slowly spread. During the confusion, an Evolved rushed out and struck him in the back. Before he could be consumed alive, since the weapon missed his major organs, Blackwatch arrived and shot the bladed arm off. With the attachment still in his chest, the blade became 'absorbed' into his body as the virus moved quickly throughout his bloodstream. Before he could do much, Hiyo was knocked out by Blackwatch commander Stela Baldmier. She had him under confinement until he woke up, having no idea he was being transported back to America until much later. After quite the heated argument, and a bullet nearly put into his head, Stela found that unlike the other runners she interrogated, Hiyo was never indoctrinated by Mercer's Evolved, being the first Prototype that was converted by both mistake, and alive, besides the missing Heller. She offered him two options, either become a violent runner and be shot down, or be erased from the world and earn his rights by hunting down other, stronger infected in the name of Blackwatch: Hiyo chose the latter. When they hit American waters, Stela and Shonryu walked out of the room, together, as they became the first, non-existing 'Black-Type' team. Stela went back to DC to inform them of a 'new ally' that could handle jobs that would otherwise cost thousands of lives and billions of dollars, which they gladly accepted with some concern about his loyalty to Blackwatch. Hiyo's new journey begins here, as he is set into the path for redemption and revenge against the Evolved that stole his life.
