Salvia

She is detached and airy, observing the world through veiled eyes. Life is but a fleeting moment in her eyes, a winding journey into the sky to eventually mix with the air and be swept away leaving nothing but the sweet perfume of presence. She lives as though there was no tomorrow, enjoying the present moment as she feels all others should. She uses her incense to sooth, calm, relax, or seduce those around her, but she also has a more mischievous side. On occasion she also uses her powers to hypnotize others and create illusions.

Salvia is continually lost in the many-scented mists that surround her. She seems lost in her own thoughts and wanders off on her own often. She is never out of reach of her mate, however, who would track her scent to the ends of the world. Not that she makes it difficult with her incense smoke. She seems like she isn't really present but when she speaks it is with clarity and wisdom.

Plots?
1. I'd like her to meet Kuragari again now that she's bred with his brother and perhaps cultivate the idea that he cares for her, but now cannot have her.
2. Some form of enemy. I'm not sure exactly what type of enemy she would need, but I'm open to ideas.
3. I'd like her to meet some other gods as well, especially those related to Arawn.

Artemis is elusive to most. She stalks in the shadows, melding with the darkness as she move about. To her, everyone is prey and she watches them with the predatory eyes of a huntress. She doesn't seem to have much of a sense of humor, her face a continual mask of displeasure or boredom. She prefers her solitude, but from time to time she'll entertain herself playing with a mortal. On even rarer occasions she'll visit with one of her siblings, whom she has just enough respect for to consider rivals.

As a Kit: Artemis is a sneaky, calculating little goddess with little regard for anyone else outside of her family. She loves the shadows and is often (not) found roaming about in them. She is a bit serious for a kit, and works hard developing her stealth abilities and trying to discover what other things her deity heritage could offer her. She much prefers to be alone, though she doesn't mind the company of her siblings, Shia'lu and Kutsuu.

Kit plots:
1. I'd like her to meet an adult god to teach her a little humility. Scare her into realizing she's just a kit still and not all-powerful.
2. I would like a different god to sort of... take her under their wing to teach her what others things they may.
3. I'd like her to meet interesting mortals, kit and adult alike. Perhaps some friendships could come of it, perhaps some enemies.

Adult plots:
1. Being the stealthy creature she is, she's naturally a good hunter. I'd like to see her and her father team up sometime.
2. I'd love some mortals for her to toy with.
3. Friends? Not sure she likes friends, but perhaps some mortals or gods that can earn her grudging respect? Allies might be a better term than friends.

Azâzêl will be a recurring figure in her life. The two seem to understand each other, on some primal level. Perhaps it is the miasma of evil that surrounds him. Perhaps he's just an exceptional play-toy. Whatever the case, he will come around again...

Second fling: Oshu - OBTAINED
I think him breeding an army and organizing a group of ulaya had interested her for some reason. Or.. maybe it was his chivalrous manner and liking to train himself as a warrior? for whichever, he caught her interest...

Once in a while fling repeat? He wants a harem/worshipers/blood letters..

Name: Vassago - fallen angel who discovers all things lost or hidden.

He uses his seer skills to manipulate others for his own amusement. He enjoys watching others bend to his will. The visions take him and he does his best to recall them and pervert their interpretation to a darker tone to frighten and entrap others in his web.

he might be jealous of Aria and her shadow manipulation. It seems the closest thing to Artemis' gifts of stealth that any of them as mortals could achieve.

I don't think he knows what positive emotions are, beyond satisfaction at successfully destroying some other mortals' lives. otherwise I think of him as emotionally empty, filled only by the emotions of others due to his seer abilities

Vassago himself will probably be nomadic but having somewhere like Irit's secluded swamp area to rest in from time to time away from everyone else might be nice for him so he'll probably foster that relationship for that purpose. he'd probably maybe have a meal with her to visit, catch up for a bit, then go sleep somewhere and leave without saying goodbye.

Gift of sight; can see into the past, present, and future.
Seers very rarely have clear visions. Usually, visions present themselves in short, shaky, blurry, dark, clouded sequences. They rarely see more than just a few short clips of an event. Their visions are not always accurate, for changes in the preceding events can change whatever they believe they saw in their visions. Sometimes their visions present themselves with audio, sometimes without, and sometimes they only hear sounds. Sometimes they will receive a flash of a vision, sometimes the vision will carry itself out for a few short minutes. Some visions will happen, some will not happen at all. Some visions can be of a completely different place and time, and the seer never actually experiences what he saw. It varies from vision to vision.
These visions can either be of the past, present, or future. Seers can see events that may have already transpired, things currently happening, or things that have not – and may not – come to pass.
Seers cannot choose what they see. They cannot peer into the future at a specific time or place, and they can never choose when they want to have a vision. Visions will occur when they want to, regardless of the seer's desire to have or not have a vision.

Sense the emotions/auras of others.
Seers cannot read minds. They can just 'sense' the air of the mortal Ulaya they meet. For example, a seer Ulaya meets an Ulaya who's distressed. The seer can sense the other Ulaya is troubled, but they cannot figure out that the Ulaya just lost its family in a storm just by being in that Ulaya's presence.
Seers can be deeply affected by the strong emotions of other Ulayas. A seer may find himself to be very uncomfortable in the presence of a grieving Ulaya, feeling the grief almost as deeply as the other Ulaya.

The older the seer, the more experienced he is. An older seer may have clearer visions than younger seers.

I would imagine some power of influence, maybe the ability to plant ideas in their minds. seeds of doubt, or like fear of betrayal so he isn't directly manipulating them, just plantings the ideas and such and creating intrigue around him.

maybe the ability to plant false memories of a ulaya in another's mind, so they remember something bad they did to them that didn't actually occur.

• Telepathy: While he will have an awareness of the mortal's conscious mind, he will be able to look deeper into their subconscious and see their more inner thoughts, feelings, and impulses - ones they don't even know they have. We're talking all of the things the conscious mind suppresses before the ulaya is aware those thoughts and impulses exist. There's a whole world in the unconscious mind, and Vassago is tapped into it.
  
• Empathy: He is deeply in tune with the feelings of those around him, even if they show no outward indications of their feelings.

• Mind Changer: This is in line with his telepathy. After reviewing the deepest impulses and desires and thoughts of the ulaya in question he can bring those to the forefront, overriding the conscious brain. The ulaya would over-go a complete mental change and would act on whatever it was Vassago brought forward. For example, say the ulaya is generally a passive creature. We all get mad sometimes, sometimes enough so to want to cause harm. We never would, but that impulse exists. If Vassago were to get a hold of that impulse, the ulaya would then act on it, causing the harm they consciously would never do. This can be any impulse, I merely use violence as an example.
  
• Blank Slate: This is related to his empathy. He can feel the emotions of the ulaya around him - and he can take them away. He can be discerning in which emotions he steals, or he can go all-out and wipe them clean of emotion, leaving them an emotional husk. This can be temporary if they leave his company (it would take a long time to recover, but they could recover) or it can be more permanent if they remain in his company.

Personality: Calculating and cold, this kit will be the opposite of her mother in that she will constantly, habitually, pathologically lie and manipulate others to get her way. It takes after her father in that she is smart and contemplative, but in a more cynical and manipulative way. This kit is highly intelligent and charming, mostly because nothing she says is truthful and she doesn't care at all what anyone else thinks.
Plot ideas: Alathea and Venonat will constantly be trying to guide the kit into the path of honesty, but she won't listen. She will pretend and on many occasions her parents will believe it. But make no mistake, this kit is not to be trusted ever.

The only exception to this is a threat to the family. Despite her cynical demeanor she will ALWAYS come to the aid of her family when it really counts.

Claire embodies "dreams of popularity". She fervently longs for the approval of others and never wants to go anywhere alone, not wanting to look like she doesn't have friends. She hides her deep-seeded insecurities by surrounding herself with a swarm of superficial "friends" that she is continually trying to placate and keep around her. She hides under a mask of immaturity and ignorance to maintain her "popular" persona, but inside she is incredibly lonely, secreting wishing for just one real, true friend to see who she is inside.
She hides an inherent loneliness with her bubbly personality. She seeks to surround herself with friends and will seek to please anyone anyway she can simply so she doesn't have to feel so alone. She wouldn't be described as a "smart" ulaya. She doesn't waste her time on such things as pondering her existence or thinking about the complexities or depth of reason. She'd much rather worry about why that ulaya isn't looking at her and what she can do about it.

He never says anything twice, particularly if he is ordering someone to do something. He has enough charisma mixed with a foreboding sense of power surrounding him to garner males to his service and females to his side. Despite his inherent allure and the many females throwing themselves at him, Taranis will not bed down with any casually. He sees those throwing themselves at him as weak and will only consider a female that has somehow earned his respect and admiration.

Darien is a very easygoing guy. He has an aloof personality. He's charismatic and very, very aware of the fact. He thinks he's pretty special and won't even recognize an insult aimed in his direction because let's face it, he's pretty much perfect. He oozes confidence and the sort of cool, languid charm that creates an air of superiority around him.

He has a sister, Eve (eevee classic) who he does not particularly get along with. That is to say, she is intensely jealous of him and his amazingness and he generally ignores or condescends to her. Underneath their rivalry, though, there is still a familial bond that can not be broken and he will not tolerate anyone messing with his sister.

Chiyuki was a god. Yuri grew up seeing his father that way. His mother fawned over and worshiped him and he was so imposing a creature to Yuri that it was an easy thing to believe he was a supernatural creature of power. That image faded with time however, as the images of our parents tend to do as we age. Yuri began to see his father as a flawed creature, a mortal like the rest of them. It happened slowly, with small reminders here and there but over time he began to test his father. Instead of the absolute obedient child Yuri became more outspoken and argumentative. He was quite proud of himself for being strong enough to stand up to his father.

Or he was, until Hokori-Kirei showed up. She made his attempts at independence pale in comparison. He had only voiced his opinions and treated his father as mortal instead of a god. His half-sister fought with Chiyuki. And yet their father still seemed to love her. Yuri became enamored of his sister, though he kept his distance from her. He wanted to learn from her, to understand her. She was unlike the other members of his family, and that made him curious and inspired him to act out even more, seeking the approval of his half-sister.



Plot ideas: I would love to see Hokori sort of ignoring Yuri and not noticing his fervent desires to be just like her. Yuri will probably follow her around, sometimes without her knowing (though probably all the time without her caring). He'll look to her anytime he acts out, hoping for a smile, a nod, any sign of approval. I would find it very interesting if she just never paid him any attention at all, making her so much cooler in his mind. Maybe eventually down the road the two could become closer, but I like the idea of this mysterious older sibling that Yuri is constantly seeking approval from but typically not getting.
