Dragon suddenly looked down with an embarrassed blush. "I, uh... I've never been trick-or-treating, and I really wanted to go." he admitted while pressing the tips of his index fingers together.

The redhead stared at Dragon for a half-second, then leaned up to kiss his cheek. "If you're going to be that cute, then how can I resist going trick or treating with you?" He chuckled, lowering himself back down.

The Wendigo smiled brightly, mostly in relief, and wrapped his arms around Phoebe's waist, lifting him up in the air as he hugged him. When he set him back down Dragon lightly rested his forehead against Phoebe's. "Thanks." he said then looked up at the redhead. He paused for a moment then leaned in and kissed him.

While expecting the hug, Phoebe was decently surprised by the kiss. Dragon usually wasn't the instigator when it came to that kind of thing. He returned it gladly, his arms wrapped around the younger man's neck and lips moving at the same pace as Dragon's.

Maybe it was the excitement of the day, maybe it was his mature side sprouting again, but Dragon didn't stop the kiss. Instead, he continued going. He held the lithe redhead close and tilted his head to deepen their kiss. His tongue slid out and shyly poked Phoebe's mouth.

Alright, now this was getting a little weird. He wasn't going to complain, of course, but Phoebe was very confused. Dragon wasn't usually like this! Parting his lips despite his uncertainty, Phoebe welcomed the man's tongue into his mouth, sucking gently on the invading muscle.

Dragon's tongue slid in and rubbed against Phoebe's tenderly. His grip on the redhead tightened. Before he could do any more, though, he needed to take a breath, and reluctantly broke the kiss. Breathing heavily, he opened his eyes halfway. There was a glimmer of gray in his pupils that vanished quickly.
"S-Sorry." stammered Dragon as he gave Phoebe an embarrassed smile, though he kept his grip firm. "I-I really liked k-kissing you a-and wanted to k-keep doing it."

Halloween was everything Dragon wished it could be. Kids were having fun, people enjoyed having him around, and plenty gave him candy - only few wondering why he was doing it at his age, and one handing him a beer. There were times when Phoebe had to calm Dragon down when either a costume was too scary or a house's decorations were.
At the peak of his excitement he decided to go into a haunted house and ended up becoming his Wendigo self when he thought someone was trying to attack Phoebe. Despite the employee's traumatizing terror, people thought the Wendigo was an amazing costume and surrounded him in praise. Plenty of them giggled when the corpses touched them, and others posed as they took pictures in front of the massive beast.

Eventually the night came to its end and Dragon, back to normal, returned to the small home with Phoebe beside him. They spent the rest of the time laughing over the stories and memories they had created, then they made more.
After a couple more days of relaxing in the city, it was time to return to the mansion and the workers there. Dragon was eager to tell Benson everything, but when he stepped into the manor he noticed most of the workers huddled around one of the foyer's chairs. Some were running around with trays, others had napkins. Who were they taking care of?

Sitting on a massive chair in the foyer with a juice box in one hand and a fluffy, old stuffed dragon in the other was a little kid, his thick red hair messy and covered in stray leaves and big green eyes focused on the ground. He looked visibly upset, ignoring most of the busy maids. He didn't want their attention, he wanted-
"DRAGON!!" Catching sight of the Wendigo, the little boy set down his juice box, then scrambled off of the chair and over to Dragon, the head on his stuffed animal flopping all over the place as he did. He stopped right in front of the man, raising an arm and opening and closing his hand, gesturing that he wanted to be picked up. "Dragon, Dragon, Dragon, up, up, up!" He kept saying, pouncing up and down on his little feet.
"Dragon." Phoebe blinked down at the little kid, then back to his lover. "Why's there a little kid bouncing at you?" he asked.

Dragon's warm smile instantly froze when he saw the kid racing towards him. How on earth did he get here of all places?! Clicking his tongue in irritation, Dragon refused to pick the boy up and glared elsewhere. "He's my half-brother, Oliver." he answered Phoebe in a tone that showed how bemused he was. His metallic eyes shifted to the boy once. "How'd you get here?" he asked dryly.

"Ah, you're back." Spike noted as he moved towards the two, particularly to the angelic redhead. "That small boy came here a day ago, claiming to know the Alpha. He has the Alpha's scent, and something else I can't recognize. He is indeed powerful like him." he explained.

When he realized that Dragon wasn't going to pick him up, the boy turned his attention to Phoebe, who lifted him up and set him on his hip. "Dragon, you shouldn't glare at him like that. He's just a kid." scolded Phoebe.
The boy didn't seem to notice. He reached into his pocket, pulling out a very, very crinkled piece of paper. "Plane." He held out the ticket, which Phoebe took. It was a plane ticket from across the country.
"You took a plane here?" he asked. That was quite a feat for a little boy. Hearing Spike, Phoebe patted the little boy's back and shifted him to his other hip. "Spike, have you been taking care of Oliver while we've been gone?" he asked.
