STANDARD RULES

MATCHES: Matches are a crucial part of our role-playing here in TNW:R. Just like in WWE, matches are all about story telling, and winning doesn't matter. You should have fun while doing matches, and actually enjoy it. However there are some rules we have to set here. We have restrictions on when submissions, signature moves, and finishers are used. On the 2nd PAGE of your match, you can go for SIGNATURE moves. On the 3rd PAGE of your match, you may go for SUBMISSION moves (unless they are a finisher). On the 4th PAGE of your match, you may go for FINISHER moves and PINS to end the match. However, these rules do not restrict you from having a 4 page match. We actually recommend that you have a much longer match, but it's all up to you and your opponent. Make your matches realistic, including all changes in moment, reversals, ect. If you are not sure if something works realistically, ask your opponent or myself.

[x] ●DICE: Here in TNW:R, we determine certain moments in a different way. We are a semi-roleplay guild. This is because we use GAIA DICE to determine whether or not a SIGNATURE, FINISHER, SUBMISSION, PIN, OR HIGH SPOT, is hit. In order to go for any of those types of moves, you must role ONE 10 SIDED DIE[in gaia]. Your opponent will then do the same, trying to reverse your move. Whomever ends up with the highest number will get the move. If you have trouble understanding this, please refer to any matches in any shows, or contact myself. You CAN NOT reverse a signature into a signature or finisher. You CAN NOT reverse a finisher into a signature or finisher. You CAN NOT reverse any move using dice with a pin

[x] ●"GOD MODDING": Back in the days of the TNW[x] series, everyone was pretty immature. Personally, I don't know where the term "God Modding" came from, but its a word still frequently used in TNW[x]. This basically means "no selling" as they call it in the wrestling business. To go into small detail, its ignoring what the other person says and not caring, powering out of everything, and constantly reversing. We want to have fun here, so here's a plain and simple rule: DON'T GOD MOD! If an issue of god modding ever comes up, contact either myself or the vice-captain to get it fixed.

PROMOS: Promos or interviews are also a huge part in story telling. It can help develop your character, and whether or not they are heel or face. Promos and Interviews will be booked in shows, but that shouldn't stop you from posting a promo in the "OPEN MIC" subforum. When doing a promo, try to stay on one topic, and make your point loud and clear. Promos should be relatively lengthy, but it's all yours, you can set the length. Just don't waste our time, and request a promo for a show, and only say one sentence. Shoot for at least a paragraph! Also, try to make it clear whether you're a heel or face. So if you're a face, don't say things a heel would, and vice-versa.

MATCH TYPE RULES

Here I will give a bit of detail on the rules involved in different match types. It will be explained here how you may pick up a win in any different stipulated circumstance. Here in TNWR, we have a little thing called ʀᴇsɪʟɪᴇɴᴄʏ. Now, what this means is that it is an extra little way to stay in a match, and prevent yourself from losing. To activate your ʀᴇsɪʟɪᴇɴᴄʏ, simply replace your dice roll with a random number generator from 1-15. You only have ONE ʀᴇsɪʟɪᴇɴᴄʏ use per match, so be smart! To see if a match has ʀᴇsɪʟɪᴇɴᴄʏ included, look for "+ʀᴇsɪʟɪᴇɴᴄʏ" down below!

STANDARD MATCH
In a Standard Match, you may win via pinfall, submission or disqualification. The basics. Don't use weapons, or you'll get disqualified. You must pin your opponent or make them submit inside the ring. +ʀᴇsɪʟɪᴇɴᴄʏ

TRIPLE THREAT / FATAL-4 WAY
Every single Triple Threat match or Fatal-4 way are elimination matches. All standard rules apply. You must pin or submit your opponent inside the ring, however there is no DQ. +ʀᴇsɪʟɪᴇɴᴄʏ

SUBMISSION MATCH
In a submission match, the only two ways you may win is by submission, or by disqualification. In any other match, you can go for a submission on PAGE 2, however in a Submission match your must wait until PAGE 4. You must make your opponent submit inside the ring. +ʀᴇsɪʟɪᴇɴᴄʏ

NO DISQUALIFICATION MATCH
A "NO DQ" match, is just how it sounds. It's a match where there are no disqualifications, meaning you may use weapons or anything you couldn't use in a normal match. +ʀᴇsɪʟɪᴇɴᴄʏ

FALLS COUNT ANYWHERE MATCH
This match type is sort of a branch off from a "NO DQ" match. There are no disqualifications in this match. Aside from that, you can pin your opponent or make them submit ANYWHERE in the arena. +ʀᴇsɪʟɪᴇɴᴄʏ

LAST MAN STANDING MATCH
In this match, there are no pins, and you can not win by making your opponent submit. There are no disqualifications, and no limits. The only way to win is to incapacitate your opponent, so they can not answer a ten count. To keep your opponent down for a dice roll, you have to role a dice twice. Once to cover the counts 1-5, and another to cover the counts 6-10. This can start at PAGE 5, and can happen anywhere in the arena. +ʀᴇsɪʟɪᴇɴᴄʏ

LADDER MATCH
In every ladder match, there is a prize hanging in the balance, for someone to climb up and capture. In a ladder match, there is no pins, no submissions, and no disqualifications. The only way to win is to climb a ladder, and remove the prize above. In order to capture the prize, you must roll a 10 sided dice once to grab the item. Your opponent will do the same to try to get you down. Then you must roll another 10 sided dice to unhook it. This can be done on PAGE 7.

MONEY IN THE BANK LADDER MATCH
Same rules apply to a "LADDER MATCH" However, you must wait until PAGE 14 to unhook the prize.

CHAMPIONSHIP RULES

Here we have a couple rules and guidelines pertaining to Champions and Championship matches. In a championship match, people may get a little carried away and do "whatever it takes" in order to win and keep the title. Here we will settle things to keep everything in order.

● A championship can NOT change hands due to Disqualification or Count Out

● A heel champion may find themselves in desperation.. and may want to disqualify themselves in order to keep the title. To make to clear: you can do this ONCE per title reign. However if you do, you'll eventually have to face the same person in a rematch for the title.

● A champion will have to have a rematch for the championship if they walk out on the match, at a later time under falls count anywhere rules.

● If a Champion does not defend their title in 60 days (two pay-per-view time periods), they will be stripped of the title immediately.

● If you lose your Championship in a match, you are entitled to a rematch for the title. This title match will either be decided by the booker or yourself, depending on the situation.

● There are NO 'stealing' championships. This isn't some stupid WWE storyline where everyone runs around with someone's title claiming to be the champ.

MONEY IN THE BANK BRIEFCASE RULES

To avoid controversy involving the Money in the Bank Briefcase, we have put together a few rules pertaining to the Briefcase and cash-ins.

● The holder of the Money in the Bank Briefcase has 1 year [365 days] from when he won it to cash in. If he does not use the briefcase within a year, the contract will have expired and he will no longer be able to cash in.

● The Money in the Bank may be cashed in whenever the holder chooses, whether it be scheduled or spontaneous.

● He may cash in on ANY singles title of his choice, that being the TNWR Championship, the Paramount Championship, or the NXT Championship.

● If the Money in the Bank is cashed in spontaneously, the Bank match will be a NO DQ match.

● If someone decides to interfere in a match where the Briefcase has been cashed in, the holder of the briefcase will get the briefcase back, and will have to cash in another time.

● If the Champion was in a brawl, attacked, or in a match before the cash in, they must roleplay as such. This means not trying to go for a finisher as soon as they can or trying to reverse everything. Chances are they are beat up, which means the champion should roleplay as so, and will be more difficult for them to win.

● If the Champion being cashed in on was in a match before the cash in, they may not use RESILIENCY if they've already used it in the match before.

● If a cash in is successful, the former Champion is entitled to a Championship rematch.
