As the night grew older, Eline grew more and more tired. It wouldn't be long before she succumbed to her exhaustion. Even the sounds of Radium fighting yet another ghostly apparition was but a dull whisper in the night. Dozing off a few times only to be jutted awake a second before she fell over, Eline decided there was no fighting it any longer. Laying on her back, the white-haired scientist rested her eyes, feeling the gentle pressure of a Pokemon climbing onto her stomach. After a quick feel, she deduced it was Helium, the Caterpie she'd caught some time ago. She hadn't recalled letting it out of it's ball, but she wasn't naive to think Pokemon couldn't simply remove themselves from their balls. Perhaps the Pokeball just didn't have the same warmth Eline could offer? Or perhaps it was just the Caterpie's way of wanting to be babied. Whatever the reason, she didn't mind the company.
Karliah in the meantime took note of Eline turning in for the night. The latina looked to her companions giving them a firm look before shaking her head. They were all but ready to rob Eline blind, but.... Karliah was at times a gentle soul and since Eline's Pokemon had really got her out of a pickle she'd wait until the next target instead. Or perhaps wait until the two girls were on a level playing field. All of Eline's Pokemon in the area didn't help their odds of thievery success either so perhaps it was a good thing they didn't try anything funny? The violet-haired woman returned her gaze to the P: DA selecting rather shady app it opened to an even shadier webpage. There was no risk of being hacked here however, instead this was the go-to place for hackers who are looking for information on something specific or otherwise 'need-to-know' via the Government. Karliah's curiosity was on her own predicament. The whole reason she and her homies had to vacate Orre.

In his daze, Calcium hardly seemed to notice much of anything, from bumping into a wall, to turning around and once more felling another wondering ghost unable to attack him. It seemed in his daze all he could think about was food, which while that was mostly normal for Munchlax, this seemed a different kind of want than normal. Sulfur, being fairly nocturnal decided to get up and fetch some dried snacks from Eline's bag, swiftly tossing them to the Munchlax who'd otherwise found himself munching on the leaf of a bush. Calcium found the bag and quickly consumed it's contents, and even the bag itself, though that quickly seemed a bad idea and coughed up the bag, going back to munching on the bush. Thankfully though, after the leaves and many of the twigs were finally consumed by Calcium, the Munchlax fell backwards and promptly fell asleep, leaving both the wandering ghosts and the rest of Eline's team rather bewildered.

With the breaking of dawn, Eline forced her eyes open to stare that the multi-colored sky. She stared for a moment before the snowy white visage of a doe-eyed vixen appeared before her. "Good morning, Titanium." Eline mumbled, in her barely ledge able morning-accent. The fix gave Eline's cheek a lick before she jumped up onto the woman's stomach. "Oof- Why... Do you always do that?" The scientist pushed herself up into a sitting position, pushing the vixen down into her lap. She then turned around and pulled her bag forward, grabbing a few hidden delights from within. Giving some to Titanium, while munching on a bit herself, the scientist took a look around the camp. Four additional figures surrounded the now smothered fire, each with an interesting taste in clothing as the other next to them. "Oh, I remember now." Eline spoke up. "That is Karliah, correct? And her 'homies' as she put it?" The white-haired fem nodded, affirming her own question with her memory. Looking around she found Calcium not to far away, and Radium snoozing on his belly.... seemed the ghosts had decided to take a snooze themselves to let the group sleep. "I'm glad we summoned polite ghosts." Eline chuckled.
Titanium leaped from Eline's lap, wandering over towards the duo of Calcium and Radium, but caught wind of something under a bush nearby... a curious scent that made the vixen want to investigate. What she found was a large mushroom, roughly the size of her own paw. Licking the fungi, it didn't react badly to her touch... and it didn't really have a taste either. She was rather hungry too. With not a moments hesitation the vixen chomped down on the mushroom quickly consuming it. She didn't stop there, because not far off from the first one, she found another. Returning from the bush with a full belly, the vixen tottered up to Eline, who was currently patting a drowsy Radium's head and rubbing the belly of the seemingly still sleeping Calcium. It was then a Frillish descended upon them, ready to resume the battles from the night before, only it's advance was halted by a rather loud and boisterous burp from Titanium and turned into utterly freezing air, fainting the ghost in an instant.

Glancing over to Karliah, Eline stood from her spot with a smile spread across her face. The small group were still fast asleep, and Eline felt it would be rude of her to wake them from their sleep. Stepping away silently she waited until she was a pretty far distance away before stretching out her body. From her vantage point she noticed something move in the distance, turning her head to see a flash of what appeared to be military uniforms. The white-haired woman tensed up, ending her stretch to duck behind a nearby bolder. There was indeed swaths of men and woman entering the cemetary, each holding what appeared to be a firing arm of some kind. "What in the world?" She narrowed her gaze. Were they here for her? or... Turning her gaze back to Karliah, Eline rushed to the girl's side, shaking her awake. The startled woman reached her hand up, as if to punch Eline, but stopped short realizing who was shaking her. "Woah, Chika don't do that I coulda knocked your teeth out." Karliah grumbled. "No time to explain, we must hide." Eline insisted, ignoring that comment. Karliah arched a brow, sitting up with a snarl. "Wha? From what." Eline glanced up... they hadn't gotten this far, but their foot steps were growing louder. '....ver here! I see the smoke from their fire." a voice echoed into the graveyard. Karliah's tune changed quick and within seconds she'd managed to drag her friends within some foliage along with Eline.
"We're so boned." Karliah muttered. "What you say those dudes looked like again?" She inquired. Eline glanced over, not wanting to keep her eyes off the cemetery before her. "Military... most certainly a private army of some kind." She replied. The entire group ducked when several men stepped into the makeshift camp. One approached the fire, holding a ungloved hand over the fire. "It's low, the fire just went out recently." He voiced. "They are likely still here." Another stated. "Spread out, search every nook." The first ordered, waving his hands in various directions.
"This isn't good. They're going to find us." Eline stated, glancing over to Karliah. The Hispanic woman appeared more frightened than needed... Eline's curiousity was spiking. She had to know more about this woman. "Whatta we gon do, Sis?" One of Karliah's friends asked. "They are totally going to shoot first ask questions later, yo." Another voiced. "Shhsshhhh. I know, I know...." Karliah bit her lip. One could almost see the cogs turning in Karliah's head. She then turned to face Eline. "Sorry this is all my fault, Chika. Listen though, if they catch you with us they're going to kill you too, likely." Karliah mentioned. "If we get outta here alive I'll explain everything.. 'cause it looks like I'm going to owe you one." Before Eline could outright react, Karliah grabbed the first thing she could, that being Radium and tossed him out into the camp, drawing the attention of the armed men. "Over here! " He shouted. Rushing forward, Karliah then burst from the brush and tossed what appeared to be a spray can, it erupted with a cloud of gas, and before Eline could react she found her hand being grasped and pulled out of the brush. Karliah offered a mask for Eline to put over her mouth and nose, to which she obliged. They then ran... fast.
Once they burst from the cloud of smoke, they were met with several men who were to shocked to properly respond, which made them easy to knock to the ground and allow the group to pass. "S-stop them! Take them alive!" One of the knocked down soldiers shouted. The group managed to make it to the entrance to the cemetery, however... they found their path blocked by far more than just a couple startled soldiers. A literal wall stood before them. "s**t!" Karliah yelled. Within seconds they were surrounded. It was then an all to familiar face appeared on the other side of the wall. "Well, well... It appears you've made from friends, my dear." The person stated. Eline's gaze narrowed. "We ain't just going to lie down at this s**t!" Karliah growled. Eline rose a hand, but the owner of the voice broke out in laughter. "I'm sorry dear, but you have no choice. I have no clue who are, what you are is just an inconvenience however." Karliah's angered expression turned to confusion. "I'm sorry, Karliah. Whatever it is you've done... these men are here for me." Eline responded. "Indeed we are. Sadly I'm in no mood to talk or deal with resistance... so be good dears and sleep." Within a split second, the group went from standing to all on the ground in knocked out lump. It was then the wall came down and the owner of the voice stepped forward, crossing their arms. "How I hate running errands for you..." They grumbled, gently pushing Eline's body to her back. "Pathetic." With a sigh, they turned towards their waiting soldiers. "Let's get started. Bring our dear Eline's friends to the ship as well." The voice ended. With another sigh, they quickly sauntered off back towards the wall.

One moment she'd been standing by a serenely beautiful lake, centered between tall, lush trees, and the next she felt herself heavy with a bright light threatening to blind her if she opened her eyes. "...line, Yo! You finally awake?" A hand rested on one of her shoulders, shaking her lightly. "Come'on wake up already, damn it." Jutting forward, the scientist was overtaken by a sudden sharp pain in her left arm, she reached down to it gripping it hard. The pain was excruciating and her face certainly showed it. Given how twisted up it was. "Take it, easy, Eline." The voice from earlier finally reached Eline's ears and the scientist opened them, not to find the samurai she'd met in the woods but... a familiar tan face with wavy purple hair. "Dar...nel?" Eline muttered, finding her mouth was insanely dry. The male responded with a light sigh, followed by his typical unimpressed glance. "Who else?" He replied, his lips curling into a gentle grin.
There was no time for catching up, however, as the pain coiled in Eline's left arm once more. She lurched forward a second time, tightening her grip on her arm. Looking down her eyes pealed open, resisting the urge to tightly shut them. Her sleeve had been ripped and implanted into her arm a shiny emerald green chip in the shape of a hexagon. She took a sharp breath in as she ran a finger over the chip. "I couldn't stop them in time..." Darnel spoke up, leaning in close. "Bastards... to think they'd desecrate a graveyard to get at you." Eline winced once more as the pain returned. They didn't spare her any relief either when it came to inserting a chip. Eline however, found her attention drawn from the pain and to the cemetery itself. It wasn't to badly damaged. Surrounding her in tight circles her Pokemon had been gathered, none of which seemed to have been given the same fate as Eline. They had targeted her after all.
Finding her feet, the white-haired woman glanced down at the hexagon chip once more. What was this device? A tracker? They wouldn't of put it someplace so easily spotted... least of all made it on the surface of her skin. There was something else to it... and likely she wouldn't be able to remove it simply by yanking it off. She had to find someone she could trust to help her remove it. Sadly, Darnel was at a loss when it came to scientific mumbo jumbo. Eline's circle of trustworthy scientists was at a stark all-time low. As far as Alola was concerned. She'd have to travel to another region, Unova to be precise.
