Battle post
Dris'rynne: Knight
Health: 41/41
Attk: (+8 ) || Def: (10 + 2) || Magic: (+1) || Spd: 1-25 (+5)
Opponents Def:

Special Attacks:
Downward Slash: This attack gives you an additional +3 to dmg only. || Can be used every 3 turns. || Considered a full action.

Three Wonders: Dmg and to hit is only rolled once as normal. But each 'to hit' is reduced by 5. || Dmg total is reduced in half as the attacks unleash. Original dmg = first hit / dmg halved = second hit / dmg halved yet again = third hit. || All dodges must be rolled separately for each attack being dodged and must be in order of attacks. First roll reflects first attack, second for second ect. Dodging is still considered a half turn action even with multiple rolls. || Can be used once every 5 turns. || Considered a full turn attack. || Powering up should be factored into the first attack. (Attack two and three will be halved from that first amount).

-----

Roll for Initiative
1 + 5 = 6

------------------

It had been several years now since Dris'rynne had taken over The Lunes mercenary group. Since then she had begun to call herself Korres, and their little band had expanded it's reach into Jauhar. Across the sands and into the jungles of her native homeland, Korress' reach knew no bounds; and, as to be expected, that type of power came with it's own share of problems.

Rivals, for one.

Other groups who didn't like a foreigner having so much influence in Oba, let alone a small, half blind woman who had little qualm with slaughtering their men. Especially when she set up base in Belpol, and subsequently changed the groups name to the Belpol Irregulars. That seemed to piss off some of the locals, which garnered more attacks then she wanted. But it wasn't as if Dris'rynne wasn't prepared.

She just didn't want these bastards anywhere near her daughters. So long as they kept their distance and attacked her outright she would accept all challenges.

Dovev took jobs wherever he could, whenever it suited him, but he always had a soft spot for Oba. There, they knew how to pay a mercenary. In the barbaric northern lands, bartering was the way to go, and thus Dovev's prices had ranged from crystals to hides to capramel meat. They did not compare to the freedom of coin.

In Oba, coin meant something. In this case, it meant a roof over his head, food in his belly, new sturdy armor for his body, and a sword that - if such an emotion was in his repetoire - he would have been salivating over. It was well worked, well forged, sharp and beautiful, but it was also outside of his price range.

That is, unless this job went right.

The price on the Shifter woman's head was impressive, enough so that groups were forming, eager to take down the woman and reap the spoils. The formation of groups was inevitable - the reputation of the woman - this Korress, this barbarian interloper in Oban territory - and her group, and the sheer sum on her head, drew them together like migrant predator packs. Dovev was not immune.

Dovev had met a few other soldiers of fortune in a tavern, and trusted them not a bit. In fact, he expected some measure of betrayal from them. However, if their combined force and the balance of their abilities could get them where they needed to go, then all he really needed to do was survive. He himself would not betray - a split of the bounty was significant, after all. He would not need much more than his rightful share.

Again, the key would be surviving. And here they had the moment of truth:

The group lurked at the edge of the compound, surveying it until their target was in sight. Dovev watched as they began to ready their assault, but, cautious as ever, he wanted to wait and watch a little longer...

Dovev
Health: 26/26
Attk: (+6) || Def: (10 + 4) || Magic: (+0) || Spd: 1-12 (+1)
Opponents Def: 12

Special Attacks:
Downward Slash: Available

Items:
Kie-ja 3/3
Berries 4/4
Vial of Toxins 2/3
------------------

Dovev uses VIAL OF TOXINS: 1 hp damage every other turn to opponent from next successful hit
Dovev Powers up: +3 to hit and damage for next turn (or +3 to dodge)

------------------

Dovev took a moment to poison his sword, carefully dripping the oily substance onto the blade. The sword wasn't built specifically for poison, but even a little bit would give him a potential edge when he needed it. Any edge was a good thing.

At the same time, he watched his temporary comrades attack, gauging their skills and strategy, and he watched the mercenary regiment defend. He picked out the target from the crowd and stalked forward, away from the distraction of the main group. His goal was to take care of his objective and then get out, and currently his 'team' was giving him a perfect distraction.

He wasn't used to wetwork, however, and - though he was competent enough at stealth - he knew he would probably be noticed at some point... again, he just had to survive and strike. And things would be well.
