Ball Date Discussion!

I'm curious how much we can get done in three days though.
This is an annual thing, why only make the event 3 days only?
With all the work from brainstorming plot and doing art, why not make it last a week?
I don't usually join these sort of things- so I don't know if we are actually limited to only 3 days.

The annual ball has been a three day event in recent years. With the small number of people working on this event it becomes difficult to keep the plot moving after about three days. As fun as it would be to make it last longer, I honestly don't think anyone here could devote more than three days to being online all day to interact with guests.

We limit ourselves, Gaia doesn't have a limit on user run event length that I am aware of.

So it's an all-day thing of constant posting for three days?
That feels different from a roleplay, seeing roleplayers reply when they can.
I'm seeing the difference here now. Having work and what not would make that difficult for me.
I'd probably miss a whole lot, but I hope every one has fun ♥

it doesnt normally move too fast plot wise, we're more playing the role of a npc. youre not required to be there the whole time ( sleep is important and all )

High Possibility I won't be online much on July 15th. That's my birthday and I am planning on celebrating it. I probably won't be able to log in until the whee hours of night for the 14th and 16th. Just giving you a head's up now.
