Erm I was referring to the underlay, hanging out from your primary shirt? Or perhaps it's a belt or scarf of some nature? I'm not sure. I do see it hanging out below the main shirt you have on.
Black is a very good color, and I think it suits you. Brings out the blue in your eyes, and your pale skin. I am not sure what you mean about dirt. Do you perhaps mean that black hides it? Still it's... dirt. Surely you wash your clothes?

The first one you put on is the layer under the second top, so 'underlay'. Cloth is what clothes are made out of, yes?

Not the big holes. The small ones, at the bottom. Where it's torn.

Yes. We have dyes that can make cloth many colors, like black or blue or... well all kinds of color. It's much cleaner.
