Rayra scurried away from the sophisticating crowds for orientation with Xane casually floating behind her. It was the being of a new semester at the prestigious academy and the crowds had already become insufferable by the first few hours. The blonde fled from the students like the plague and leaped into the first room she encountered. Luckily, to her surprise they ended up in a quiet library that seemed inhabited at the moment. Rayra closed the sheen oak doors locking her peers out and concealing herself from judgmental gazes. Rayra placed a fragile, pale hand over her hyperventilating chest before sinking down and curling her knees in. She hugged her legs placing her sweaty forehead onto the knobby bones as Xane glanced down at her worriedly. "Those worms got nothing on you, Rayra." He said dominantly while examining the spacious room. The dark wooden flooring had been recently waxed, but being an ethereal force his reflect didn't appear like Rayra's. By now he had forgotten what he looked like, only the descriptions of his appearance from Rayra reminded him. Ahead of them was shelves upon shelves of books as from as the eye could see. Textbooks, documents, autobiographies, fairytales, history and anything else that tickled your fancy.
Xane floated over to the shelf nearest to him and touched a book causing his hand to phase right through it. If anyone else was in the room all they would see is the book wiggle on its own, they wouldn't be able to see him. Pulling his hand out, no dust or traces of the paper smell lingers on his bandaged hand. His golden eye peered over his hood seeing Rayra in the same cramped position. Her blonde hair cascaded over her slim figure. She wore a baggy white jacket with the sleeves stopping a few inches away from her wrists. Under the jacket was a black and white stripped shirt that she wore a pair of black shorts with. Her black boots were tearing at the heel and the buckles were rusted, but it was the only pair of shoes and clothes she owned. The only accessories she possessed were her black messenger bag and her black choker. The most prominent feature on her was her abnormally bright blue eyes that contained a supernatural glow. As for him, he wasn't much of a stud. His body was covered head to toe in bandages except for his different colored eyes. A bloody stained hooded jacket flopped over his straggly black hair and dropped over his red pants. His boots were as rough as Rayra's footwear too. They were like two crusted over pennies chucked down the bottom of a wishing well surrounded by new, shinny pennies.
"Rayra, please get up. You look damn pathetic." He exhaled cheaply observing the girl's tensed mannerisms. She flinched from his beckoning voice and slowly unfurled herself rising her to feet. Staring at him lifelessly as she usually did, she stepped over to his side as the two explored further in the knowledge banks.

The sound of a very light snoring began to echo in the library, near the edge of the library, books about 10 feet tall, scattered all around a lone little table, slept a blonde haired boy with a white coat. He seemed to be partially drooling out of his mouth, letting his siliva trickle on the wooden table. He looked like he had been there for quite awhile, maybe a few hours. He had dark rings around his eyes and he mumbled for tuna salad in his dreams...delicious tuna salad.

Rayra Grey and Xane
As the two traveled even further into the book shelves, they catch the sounds of light snoring. At the end of the library sat a lone round table with books cluttering the surface like towers. In the middle of the books was a blonde male face down on the wood salivating profusely from his mouth. He appeared sleep deprived due to the raccoon circles on his eyes, they matched hers considering she hadn't slept much. When she arrived she didn't have the money to afford a dorm room and lied on her transcripts about having a proper place to sleep. Maybe this boy was in the same unfortunate situation seeing how he was mumbling incoherently about food. She stomach growled by the sound of a delicious meal so later she'll go to the cafeteria to get some free food.
Xane popped out behind Rayra and raised his brow shaking his ghostly head disappointed. "I take back what I said. This boy is pathetic." Xane casually floated over to one of his book stacks giving it a tap before Rayra could intervene. The book stack nearest to the boy's head began to crumple while Rayra was left in a state of shock. She wasn't fast enough to prevent this tragedy and now she'll have to suffer with the consequences because no one could see Xane.

The boy yawned as his eyes opened a bit, just in time to see the stack of books falling "....eh?....AHHHHH!!!" Suddenly the books collapsed on him, then another stack, then another stack. There was zero movement for a moment before the boys head poked out "....the search for the perfect tuna salad continues" He said with a frown, squinting his eyes as he plopped his upper half out and crossed his arms, he seemed to not notice the girl "my hair...i spent 43.4 seconds on it today" He said annoyed.

The boy opened his eyes only to see the disaster strike around him and bury him alive. Without Xane's assistance the other stacks collapsed on top of him too. He didn't move under the pile and for a moment Rayra thought she had killed him. A gasp swelled up in her throat as she got ready to reach out and help the poor lad. Xane on the other hand was giggling and chuckling away like a five year old. She swiped her hand at him looking like she was swatting a fly away before wondering over to the book pile. Suddenly, his head popped out of the pile and he whined about his failed culinary research. She tilted her head confused as he dug out her upper half, crossing his arms irritatingly. He complained about his hair, but honestly he should be more concerned with his sleep-deprived condition. Walking over to him slowly, Rayra quietly folding her hands together and almost in a whisper asked, "Are you alright?"

The boys eyes turned lazily to the girl "ehhh? why wouldnt i be?" He said "a book is a book...well actually a book is a scroll, or tomb, with a paper back and chapters" He said staring at the ceiling "though back in the sixteen hundreds, they were believed to be the work of divine, or in some cases, undevine intervention, meaning satanic rituals, though those didnt start until the midevil era, instead, many referred to them as a books of darkness...." his gave was slowly turning clockwise before he shook his head "yup, im fine, iv already read half of the library...scratch that...68 percent of this library already, theses books were just complete." He said stretching "still...no books on how to make amazing tuna salad....quite the predicament" He said, seeming to forget the girl was here again.

Okay, a book is a book with a story imprinted in between the pages sandwiched together with took hard or malleable covers. She understood that clearly, but what with the tangent on a book's origins. Supposedly, in the sixteen hundreds manuscripts were books of divine intervention and religious texts. Although, there was no relevance in the conversation that would stir this notion of thought. Anyway, he revealed that he's read more than half of the books in this library but it was sort of hard to believe him. "Nerd!" Xane shouted as he rolled his two different colored eyes. She didn't agree with Xane's prejudice commentary and began looking around the library for the culinary section. She found it in no time flat since everything was listed alphabetically and pulled out a few books on salad and fish preparation. She cared the books over to the boy and dropped them in front of them. The covers will probably be saturated from his droll but they'll dry if he reads them thoroughly for a few hours. "That should help you."
✤ Velma made it to the library a nice place for those seeking knowledge both old and new. It was quite in here as expected and the young woman liked that,she held her unopened umbrella by her side as she walked about the place. She scan rows of books at first just looking at them popping one open and reading it ,was a book about bad jokes. She scoffed at some of the jokes they were really bad. She closed the book and decided to head over to the spell section of the library. One could learn a lot from these ancient books and the book she found that stood out the most was a huge one. The letters of the book were in gold on the cover, there was a tree on the cover of the book all white kind of glowed and unearthly glow and it called to her.
✤ Placing her hand upon the book,she let her had run across the tree pattern it felt as she was touching an oak tree out in some green vast forest. '' Amazing'' she manged to whisper under her breath before taking the book from the pedestals it rested upon. The book was about the size of mosses stone slabs he used to write the commandments for comparison. Velma was surprised that the book was not too heavy and rather on the light side must of been some sort of magic'' Interesting'' she thought as she found a secluded place to sit. Setting her things down the teen began to read through the books and what she found allured her. Spells upon spells for white magic and not just white magic a married of others spells,she never heard of in her life. There was one spell that caught her attention a spell to call down a heavenly arrows form the sky ' Wouldn't mind learning that spell'' she whispers under her breath feeling relaxed and mellow at once being in this place. The studies young woman began to write down notes of the varied white magic spells in this book.
✤ When she was done the dark looking woman sat back in her chair taking out her phone. Saving notes to her phone just in case she lost the paper. Velma did wonder though all this talk about white magic got,her thinking of Mithos the angle boy,she could only guess what he was up to. She gave him a silent well wish in her thoughts before putting in her ear-buds and connecting them to her phone. She played a song from her playlist she hummed softly as the music played not too loud ,but loud enough for her to block sound. The studies teen went about reviewing her notes for as she knew these spells were worth learning and they are. '' Heartbreak heartbreak heartbreak it keeps on pounding heartbreak you tell me good bye'' she hummed to herself as her eyes scan the pages as she flip through the book fully immersed. Kazi skidded left and right while he sprinted in full speed down the hallways leaving a trail of dust cloud in his path. The music immediately halted at the double front doors of the library. He pushed the doors open and frantically looked from left to right, looking for a man in a robe but to his despair, "VHERE IZ HE!?"He cried out in utter panic while gripping his hair in distress. He didn't care if the student stare at him strangely, the man was in an utter desperate situation.

A faint crackling thunder like sound came from the darkest corners of the library, the sound only a few seconds at a time but it would get louder the closer the individual came to it. If they somehow managed to find it all they would see is a small tear in reality that produced light, and a very familiar sound chanting incantations...People should touch things they don't understand, this one-way rift will close as soon as it's been touched you have been warned.
Usage: Sends someone to the Time Chamber.

Kazi ears perked up when he heard a faint crackling sound of...thunder? He knows it's cloudy today but he didn't spot any dark clouds approaching when he was outside, no. The sound was coming from inside the building. The music teacher decided to follow the sound until it got louder and louder, the sound brought him to the darkest corners of the library and came across a thin strip of light. His mind scream don't touch things you don't know especially from this school but his gut says another. Kazi curiously approach the rift then hesitantly touched it.

The rift violently erupted with Kazi's touch causing a loud screeching noise, which then instantly enveloped Kazi into its core, and sent him into a place where multiple events where happening, that included millions of people from across time. The events only lasted a second or two before Kazi got shot out the other way into Soteria's time chamber. Standing before him Rohnin with a somewhat long beard looking rough and rugged. -Rift Closed-
◉ Caligula played those words I love you over and over again in his head, he couldn't help but smile as he thought about it. Yuki had return his feelings yet again making him feel lighter than air. His train of thought was interrupted by the bell ring. '' Guess I didn't have much time'' he thought as he made it to the entrance of the library. Caligula began to up his pace and decided he would head to where the cook books were. Hoping to find a good recipe of meat and sweet for his dearest. Caligula scan the books as he went eyes dashing back and forth. He began to pick books off the shelf looking them over and opening them up when , he was done scanning he had about three books in hand. It would be decided that he'd read over them for some ideas for a recipe after assassination class. Caligula headed tot he librarians desk and cheeked the books out before cramming them into his backpack. As soon as he came he was gone off to his next class maybe even his favorite class. Kyon didn't come across much after leaving the great hall. There still didn't seem to be anyone around. She was really starting to wonder where everyone was. The teachers, the students.. Everyone! It was so boring without anyone to entertain her. She had no intentions of going to class, but she did take a look in the classrooms. The boring classrooms. She almost regretted not immediately following Skylar. Eventually, her search for something to do lead her to the library. Ugh, libraries. They were always so dreary and quiet. Then again, sometimes people secretly did things they shouldn't in places like this. Worth a look, on the off-chance.
She opened the door and walked through, her nose wrinkling as she noticed the smell of dust and old paper. It wasn't a bad smell, but she didn't much care for it. She didn't immediately spot anyone from the entrance. Not even the librarian, who ever that was this year. Was there some kind of conspiracy to keep her bored?! The thought made her chuckle with how ridiculous it was. She shoved her hands into her pockets as she began slowly walking among the shelves. A handful of books were pretty eye catching. She paused to take a look at those, but there was nothing she wanted to read. Quite a few she couldn't even try to, as they were in different languages.
She pulled her hand out of her pocket as she wandered into another section of the library, lightly brushing her fingertips over the shelf at waist height. She wasn't sure what these ones were about.. Didn't care to learn either. As she rounded another corner near the back of the library, she paused as she finally noticed someone. Sitting at a table was that dark looking girl she had seen earlier. Well, that was someone! She took a couple steps towards to, then paused as an idea occurred to her. It would be much more fun to try to surprise her.. So she stepped back and went around for a better angle to approach her from. Behind seemed best. Hopefully, she hadn't been noticed yet.
She quietly crept up to the other girl, her eyes gleaming with mischief. As soon as she was close enough, she announced her presence by quickly stepping up next to her and putting her arm around her shoulder. "Hey, girl." She spoke cheerfully, with no effort to quiet her voice. She would have gotten nasty looks.. If there were any other people there. A friendly grin spread across her face "Whatcha up to?" She looked at the notes that the other girl had, assuming they were probably schoolwork. Yuck. Studying was boring too.. But just what little she had already seen didn't seem like something for one of the classes.
