On a sunny corner off of main street sits a modern little shop with large windows and various planters and pots lining its outer walls. Though it may seem small from the outside, the inside is rather spacious while maintaining a cozy atmosphere. Ivy climbs up the back wall opposite the windows, winding around wooden trellises in a weaving pattern behind the counter. There are pots hanging from the ceiling with different plants cascading over the sides. Everything has a rustic yet fresh feel, with the tables, barrels, and other furniture items made from wood. Little crystal shards hang from the windows, casting dancing rainbow spots around the green space. All varieties of vegetation are growing in different pots and planters, from flowers and cacti to mushrooms, moss, and vines. Behind the counter is an assortment of seeds and clippings, empty pots, dishes, planters, and terrariums. There are gardening tools like trowels, misters, and clippers as well. A catalogue of different bushes, shrubs, and larger plants resides on the corner of the front counter next to the cash register. A mossy little bat can be found watering and misting, potting and washing the large windows. Lichen comes off a bit shy at first and flusters easily, but their regulars know them to be a kind-hearted and rather knowledgeable little plant lover. They are known to give advice to new plant owners and are quite skilled at diagnosing and treating sickly plants. They greet everyone with a bashful little smile as they enter through the door, the bell on the doorway ringing softly.

[Shaddaling]

The rhythmic tip tap of feet announced her presence, more then a dozen crossing the doorway, the door closing when the last of her segmented body crossed. Alice gave a glare of distaste at the door, lower arms crossing before turning to the wares.

It seemed to be a proper sort of shop, large windows, good use of space, smell of growing things and earth. Stems had been on her list of possible shops to approach in caring for her mushroom beds and talk shop about composting. The ones she had met so far had not met her expectations.

This... Stems, cute sort of name, had not failed yet.

When the bell on the door chimed, Lichen emerged from the back corner of the store where they were potting some bush starters. They picked up their watering can on the way to the front, sprinkling the plants as they went. "Hello there." They greeted the centipede, setting the can down and brushing off their hands on their apron. "H-how can I help you?" The mossy little bat could tell that this villager wasn't a novice gardener just through the look in their eye as they assessed their little shop. Just the thought of conversing with a fellow greenthumb had a mix of nervousness and excitement bubbling in their chest.

Alice looked over the bat, noting the watering can, the apron, the dirt and general smell of growth. She gave a small nod. "Greetings, I am Alice and I wish to see your composts, and your mushrooms. If you have any." She paused before slowing offering a hand.
