Hmm.
I'd love to see Kitsu do a Day of the Dead type event.
No real specific games in mind though dice games seem popular.
Breedings with halloween twits or customs with halloween twists. Flaffles are great. Grams tend to be fun.

Edit: Twists might work better then twits js.
