If you've forgotten about the Hattening, this is what it is:
Three streams of ludicrous hattery happened in 2014. Phonies are rolled to be hatted and those in-thread and stream vote for
a ridiculous hat to be made live upon the (un)lucky rolled Phony!

...and Hat 3: The Hattening a.k.a. The Final Hatdown a.k.a. Hatnarok: Keep On Hatting Till the World Ends
We are once again formalising the process for a hat showdown! Are you ready to prove how much democracy sucks?!
1. Post the name of a Phony you own (unless you are sure the person whose Phony you're picking will not mind a stupid random hat on their Phony)
that you would like to have the CHANCE of having a silly hat. Maxx will RNG to see which Phony gets that chance! How many Phonies get rolled
depends on how many hats can be drawn per hour.
2. Suggest a SIMPLE hat idea that is either birthday, or Jun-themed. Make sure it's SIMPLE. The simpler, the more likely it is more Phonies might be able to get hats.
Before we go in: no easy mode - i.e. no bunnies, there's already a bunny hat on Quill anyway. Anything else that is birthday themed, or is Jun-aesthetic will do!
- Please note newbies and blister pack owners cannot get a hatted Phony, but you are absolutely welcome to suggest hats!
We will gather the hat ideas, and Phony democracy will vote which to put on the Phony that is RNG'd!
YOU DO NOT GET TO CHOOSE WHAT HAT GOES ON WHAT PHONY, WE ALL WILL VOTE.
