I'm biglanky14 - part of the Gaia admin team. My ID is an old basketball nickname (born out of the fact that I'm fairly tall and skinny), I'm a huge sports nerd, I have a weakness for The Amazing Race (I've applied twice), and can quote more Star Wars lines than is good for me (or for any of the people around me).

We do our best to answer as many as we can, but please be patient (and accept our apologies if we don't answer yours). If you're responding to a PM from us, please don't erase the previous conversation when you do - it's very difficult to remember your question/issue if we can't easily refer to that previous convo.
