Not much is known when the Gizamimi Pichu will come to America, if it comes to America. It is known, though, that the event happened in Japan from June 19th to July 18th. Supposedly, the trigger is when you receive a "Pikachu-colored Pichu" in an event before Heart Gold and Soul Silver comes out. There is no other way to get this special Pichu, it must be triggered by the event Pichu. Gizamimi Pichu will always be female and appears at level 30. It also has its very own sprite. You meet it when you go through Ilex Forest with your Pikachu-colored Pichu near the Celebi Shrine. It will appear and join your team. This Pichu also knows moves that a Pichu would not normally know. These moves are as follows: Volt tackle, Helping Hand, Swagger, and Pain Split. This Pichu may not be traded between previous games and is, unfortunately, unable to evolve into Pikachu or Raichu.

I have a weird habit of naming every pokemon I catch in the bug festival Sexy. I don't know why. XD I also caught a Magikarp level 80 one time in the resort area, they can be up to level 100. eek

I forget, I don't think the ones in Japanese had actual legible names, if they did it was probably just one Kanji long. I think Togekiss was Lucky, Torterra was Twigy, Espeon was Sparky, Snorlax was obtained in a trade and didn't have a nickname, I think Manaphy's was Manaphy (Proper Capitalization), and I think Rotom's was Rotom (Proper Capitalization)

I think I had Togekiss, Gallade, Empoleon, Heat Rotom, and Leafeon in Japanese Platinum; Togekiss, Espeon, Torterra, Snorlax, Manaphy, and Heat Rotom in English Platinum (Though I abandoned Lopunny at the Elite Four for Snorlax); I forget what I have in Ruby, I think it was Mawile and Marshtomp at least; In SoulSilver I've got Meganium, Jirachi, Forettress, Ampharos, Quagsire, and Togekiss, trying to replace Foretress for Misdreavus; in HeartGold I've got Typhlosion, Shiny Skitty, Vileplume, Piloswine, and Mantine. Dx

We also used to name the frogs before letting them go.
Mostly I just grabbed random shadow pokemon out of the PC (They were purified earlier today) I'm using Swellow, Snorlax, Salamence (For some reason named "Cheese" wink , Marowak and Lapras. I want to use them in the Sinnoh Battle Frontier once I finish purifying all of the pokemon.
My brothers used to collect little frogs off the streets in the morning and then let them go free later.
Right now I'm tying to purify the last two pokemon in XD though. (Magcargo and Dragonite)
I got one that had a ridiculously large amount of money followed by bullfrog. XD
Yeah, but if you soft reset or something it's supposed to make it more likely... slightly. I need to keep trying.
