you definitely need to work on.....well, everything.
Firstly, the anatomy is very incorrect. Her neck is too thin, her shoulders are non-existent, and she has no hip to waist ratio. Also, her hands are not very well-drawn.
Also, if one were to hold a very large weapon solely with their thumbs, there'd be some issues there as well.
