Nice job on the face, as I notice you place more details and shading there. However, I notice that as you go away from the face your details start to fade, as well as the art. Was this intentional?
If you could do what you did with the face everywhere, this image would pop off the page and seem to walk around! The face came out excellent, and I like the style. I just wish I saw that 3-D-ness with everything else as well.

It looks nice, but I would like to make a few suggestions.
The chest looks a little saggy, I would round them more.
The eyes are really far away from the eyebrows...
Also, make the face just a bit wider, it's about the same width as the neck.
