Her neck is waaay too thin, even for anime. You
also need to work on making natural looking folds
in cloth. I suggest tracing pictures from the
newspaper with a ball point pen. It's a weird
trick, but it really helped me figure things out.
Also with some of the hair you really seem to get
the directionality of all the strands, but on
others you botched it and it looks like a stained
glass window, or tiles or something. Also I can't
