I think you could work on the way the hair
just cuts at the top of his head by the split
but other than that its really amazing!!

- Oh, you may find it easier (and it's recommended in art classes) to shade by doing small circular motions with the pencil and layering the shading gradually; it takes way longer, but looks amazing in the end.

- Pretty good, but I suggest making your shading more solid.. There's gaps of white on the black parts. Good job, though. ^^
