You defintely need to improve pretty much everything.
The pose is incorrectly formed, the shoes look demented, his hair is too poofy, and his eyes are lopsided. Also, his hand looks awfully strange. And he needs eyebrows. Try to reference poses and such before you try something complicated. Hope this helps.
