as it comes off the page, you could had just extended the feathers and made the wings look less squished. (But wings are also hard to draw, I can understand that).
And everything else people had already mentioned so I won't get into the other things. Try working on proportions and really taking a close look at the refrence picture.

I think the flowers look fine. :
But like what everyone else says, Usagi's (I prefer to call her by her real name) face needs to be worked on and the skirt part might be too small compared to the reference. And her fingers on one hand are abnormally large (but hands are a difficult thing to draw XP). And her waist might be too long (or maybe it's just the fact that the skirt might be too low near the legs making it look like the waist is huge). And then the wings look like they were squished - Report As Spam
