I hope you like constructive comments, if you don't, just ignore this comment xD.
The proportions are a bit odd, the legs are too small with the size of his body, also his left hand is too small. And! If he is the "bad" guy, why is he smiling?
But besides that, i really like it, its a great work. And referencing isn't bad if the final result isnt a copy, though sometimes casualties occur.

- Alright MISSY... I did NOT steal this pose from anywhere but my head. Maybe you should ASK before you go accussing someone of stealing anything. I have not seen FMA in a few YEARS. Also, if I did steal this pose, then please link me to the EXACT picture that I copied from? That will be difficult seen as I did not reference to anything when I was drawing this, hence how the hand is off, along with a leg, and oh yeah, a few other mistakes too.
