She looks very manly, mostly because her shoulders look tense and broud aswell as: From her wasit to her shoulder area t's a up-side down triangle, when it sould be a hourglass curve down to her hips and her hips sould be wider than her shoulders to complete the look.

Other than htat, it's really good. I love the details and all the attention to colour, try studing manga-styled face placement and female human anathomy :3
