i know one eye is super big
i was trying to make it look like she was raising her eyebrow being skeptical
(i kinda failled)

I'm not this familiar with the chibi-style,
but I think that if you want to let it look like she has one eye opened a bit more, you need to keep the iris the same size.
I might be wrong though, I suck at drawing myself,
