Uhhg I regret entering this, this is my first time coloring it on my new program.
I had a hard time trying to blend in colors and gave up trying to finish the skirt; there wasn't a smearing tool to make it any easier. The outline itself was no problem at all, but coloring is a whole different story. ~ what do you guys think?
