- Description: I wanted to try to draw and shade an image making it as similar to the original as I possible could and i picked an image of InuYasha. So yeah, I drew this just looking off of the image, not tracing or stuff like that. I think i did a good job :) let me know what you think and feel free to suggest what I do for my next test ^ ^ drawn and colored in photoshop elements

I know exactly what you mean- looking at pictures of different screenshots to get a good idea of what the characters and their expressions look like, and referencing them occaisionally while you're drawing? I do it sometimes, too. ^W^

- Try doing something original. Photo-referencing is a great practice tool, but copying something exactly requires little to no talent and no originality.
