- I know what you mean simply because of the fact it's a chibi. But honestly I cannot to save my life make a chibi with a small neck, it looks strange to me. Usually my chibi's don't have their hair up so it helps tone it down. But since my avi has it's hair up it was a bit of a challenge for me, I myself still find it to be wanky. But thank you so much for the comment smile
