Yes, it's another Gaia fanart >.< Sorry.. but i can't resist!!
So, the treasure is not so much, but when i saw this guy *point at the middle of the drawning*, I thought that "He isn't that normal man...". And this thought drive me to the less treasure... AND this guy's face(!). He is a mad man! Probably he is the captain.. why not?
