I really like your choices of color, it gives a woodsy feel and earthy presence. I love how the elegant the hair looks, with the curved lines.
However, the horn needs a little work. Without the title of the piece, I wouldn't assume it was a horn. Maybe seashell? I think if you add more shading to the horns, it will give it more of two dimensional depth to it. Making it look like a horn is protruding out of her head. wink
