used a long exposure to get enough light into the aperature. while it was open i ran into place and stood there to cause the shadow
So for those of you who don't know film lingo, i made it so that the shutter was open for 30 seconds in which i was able to get enough light to take the picture all while i ran to the spot you see and creating a sorta shadow effect.
