Ya know you don't need to have the byakugan on him and you can just have regular neji in the cosplay right cuz it makes the cosplay weird, I am not going to rate you down for the shirt but that is also something that the gaia staff need to create...I love neji he is my faveorite charatcter from naruto 4laugh
