Why he has a rapier is because in the game the item "Genji Glove" lets you hold two weapons which he is able to use a rapier in the game...

I don't remember him being able to use swords in the game... I remember him being able to use cards, darts, dice, and knives, but no swords, unless you give him a Merit Award...
Anyway, other than the sword and boots, I'd say this one is absolutely perfect. You're gettin' a 5, bud. ^_^
