The prince of the story sacrificed his heart to stop a monstrous raven and Tutu uses her powers of dance to retrieve the poor prince's emotions from an assortment of people and magically animated objects to return them to him, However if she were to ever confess her love to the prince she is doomed to disappear in a poof.
