Russia is like, my third favourite character and this is NOT him. ;_;
First of all, wtf @ the eyes. He SURE in hell doesn't have eyes shaped like that, and they're NOT gold.

I would've picked different hair and eyes... and maybe change the smile. But otherwise, good job.
