This is Anemone(from the popular series Eureka 7) and her Nirvash LFO, typeTheEND. Anemone was modified in some way to make her more like a Coralian (hence the similar eyes).
The moon is supposed to represent that they were not living on the Earth anymore. Also disregard the necklace. It came with the wings.

- It's been forever since I've seen Eureka 7. I forgot her eye color but I knew it wasn't a normal color. Great job. I'm just used to seeing her with the smug uppity expression. It may be my screen, but I can't see her face too well in the ref pict. But I think you did a great job. I don't think I've seen her cosplayed here before. 5

- I think it is pretty good. Most looks rather accurate. I don't really like the green arm things but I guess you work with what you can get. I wouldn't have used the moon though even if you had plans for it being symbolic. It looks interesting though. Good job. =] Thanks for rating me as well.
