The aim of submitting a reference image is not to try and make your avatar look 100% exactly the same as the picture. It's just there to give you a basic idea of whats going on.
(v.v.. that being said, you can only vote this 1/5 if you admit that your to brain dead to use a little bit of imagination to understand whats going on in the avatar)
