Description:
Big Sister is one of the main enemies in Bioshock 2. She originated ten years after the events in Rapture. Eleanor Lamb is suspected to be the the Big Sister, wanting to go back to Rapture and takeover. This diving rival is well known for her agility and tall looks. She has a suit of a Big Daddy mixed with a small syringe a Little Sister would carry for ADAM strapped onto her left arm.

If I may imply, your reference is wrong. There aren't multiple Big Sisters, there's only one. She was originally a little sister you saved in Bioshock 1 that returned to Rapture. She's the reason why Rapture has more little sisters now. The reason why it seems like there are multiple is because she's a recurring threat. You can't kill her when she strikes, but you can make her retreat.
Your reference may be from the Bioshock Wiki, but a Wiki is still a Wiki and cannot be fully trusted.
